"We value your time"
1-2hours of waiting because of esim and then you will just tell us that you dont have available esim for business plan. Your employees are rude esp the guy who seats on the last table(corner)z Looking at the customers rudely. Not enough seats for your customers. The ambiance on that branch is not great unlike in dfc. And lastly we waited for the queue but when we were about to seat another guy went to our designated counter the agent told us that he will assist that first. If he missed his number let him get his queue number again just what happened to us, we waited but we have to do something so we went out then go back. We ask if our number is called the agent said yes and we have to get new number. So unfair. Waste of time going to your dcc branch

Worst customer service.... Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Too many people waiting and all the staff are very relax and doesn't seem to care if how many hours these customers are waiting.

Hear me out! Never ever do business with DU. Personal packages, I guess your preferences, but business related? DO NOT spend your energy here. Customer relationship: horrendous, Customer services: worse than the customer services in my home country. At least the CS in my country will abuse you and it's funny but the amount of energy they make you spend on running back and forth to their du offices is extremely stupid. They also are master of Gaslighting, we told you to do this, you did this. We told you to put this info but this info is also missing! Why not give all the information at the start and save my precious time and your precious time going back and forth with a document. If you want to lose some weight, try DU. I think cardiologist will recommend you this way to lose weight because I sure did loss 20 kilos running for something that I know will be rejected and gaslighted!

Go to Etisalat! They will charge you more, but they will surely work really hard for you!

Poor Customer service.
The Arabic man in particular provided remarkably poor customer service. He responds, "I won't answer you because I am tired of this question," when we ask him about tickets.
