Had Iftar here with my partner. Food, location, service and shisha were all amazing. Nothing to complain about and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Anbar cafe team ❤️!

A nice place to have shisha, meet with friends and play cards. Not expensive with good view on the canal.

I liked it so much
The best place and the best staff
Everything is perfect, the value against the service and food.
They have the best Syrian and Iraqi food.
I highly recommend you to visit and try.

this a nice place to enjoy a meal out door with lake side view and burj Khalifa in your background, they serve lunch meal offering 2 menus daily, with shisha
the cost is AED 65 and its includ lentil soup salad main dish ( daily different 2 different to select from) and your favourite selection.

A good starting off point for the Tom Gill waterfall, be warned this is not an easy walk, it's worth it, but it's a tricky walk. The carpark is free for national trust, take your card, scan the aqR card

Small car park at the base of the waterfalls from Tarn Hows. Quite a steep walk up to the lake, but beautiful. NT members park free otherwise pay and display.

Beautiful walk from the car park, up beside the beck to Tarn Hows. Path is narrow and winding through native broadleaf woodland; red squirrels and deer can often be seen, especially in spring and autumn.
Half way to the tarn there is a lovely little waterfall, which you can get down to quite easily.

The walk up the river is beautiful, the best we found, with many great waterfalls. It leads to Tarn Hows which has a great walk right round the water, definitely recommend

Great carpark for a walk round yew tree tarn, tarn hows and down the water falls.
Amazing views and lovely tarn lakes and very nice waterfalls on the way down from tarn hows

Not the biggest of National Trust car parks, so get there early to secure a space

Car park looked fine, and I will happily upgrade this review. But please National Trust, who carries £5.50 in loose change to park, its not like there are any shops nearby to change a tenner. The other option is pay by phone...there's no phone signal to ring or use the online fiunction that pay to park offer. Ended up parking in Coniston and walked up, just do as they have and install a card reader, problem solved and ill happily give you a 5 start review. Sadly I couldn't use the car park because of this.

I was the first person at the car park on a Monday morning and tried to pay via PayByPhone which is absolutely impossible as there is no signal for phones!! The machine also wasn't taking any coins so that option was off. I called the PayByPhone number (no signal for data but just enough for phone calls) and the automated reply asked for a pin number. No idea what that was going on about. I'd have looked for it on my phone but there was signal!!
This saga lasted for a good 45 minutes which ruined the start of the day and also saw other people suffering the same problem. And as we all know, if you think of writing a note on your windscreen and leaving then you'll be paying a hefty fine as the Lake District has a dark reputation for dragging fines in even if it's their fault. I eventually had to ring a friend at home who has PayByPhone who paid for my parking for me which is just ridiculous.
If it wasn't for this then the car park is in a great position and is a lot easier to get to than the single track headache of Tarn Hows itself.
