Great bike shop.
Fantastic range of bikes on display. Staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. Had my bike in for a service in the workshop….quick turnaround.

First time here for new chainrings and bottom bracket. One visit to show Andy the bike then returned for the work after ordering parts. Just 2 days later it was done. Communication was great and £40 ph labour fine for me. Would have cost more for tools to DIY. Will use again.

I went to Velocity 44 in search of a new road bike that would also be suitable for triathlons and with this I booked a fitting with Paul. This was my first bike fitting, it was a great and interesting experience. Using the data that was gathered, Paul was able to discuss and narrow down my options to one bike, the TCR. I purchased the bike and returned for a final fitting. The whole procedure was flawless from start to finish, especially since it was over the festive period and with the manufacturing issues at the moment. If anyone is swithering to book a fitting or not I would 100% recommend it. I’ve been out on a few long rides since and I definitely feel the benefits. I have no aches or pains whilst riding and it feels as though I’m utilising the ‘cycling muscles’ more effectively. I purchased some products to complete the bike and the pricing throughout the whole procedure was incredibly fair.

So glad I found Velocity 44! I took my new bike to Paul for a bike fit and wow! I came out of there feeling like I had a totally different bike! It actually seems to fit me now and I can ride for hours without the shuffling and aches I used to have.
Paul is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He definitely knows his craft. I’ve been fitted for previous bikes before but I can say that the service from Paul has been my best experience of any bike fits I’ve had.
I would absolutely recommend Velocity 44. You won’t go wrong here.

Have purchased several bikes from Paul and colleagues over the years including e-bikes, mountain and road bikes. Have always found the team to be knowledgeable and give good, honest advice. Major bonus is they don’t have a pushy sales style. Great after care and customer service too. Would encourage others to try this local bike shop for new bikes, repairs or servicing.

Fantastic service by Paul and the team when they helped me with my bike fit set up, and serviced my bike. Knowledge and friendly staff and fair pricing. My bike feels brand new and much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Great Service. Accommodating and helpful. Fixed and resprayed my road bike and helped me to source, spec out and fit a gravel bike. Really knowledgeable and friendly folks

Amazing service all round. Despite the current difficulties getting hold of bikes Paul and Jane managed to source the exact bike I was looking for.

The complementary bike fit with Paul was great. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgable and I have found a massive improvement as a result.
