I ordered my cake and flowers from Cake N Chill, it was my first order with them. Certainly, they did amazed me with the delivery, quality of flowers, cake design as i ordered 100%. I must say that the cake tasted like heaven.
I simply loved it and glad choosing them to create my moments. My best decision ever.

Today was my first experience with Cake N CHill and definitely won't be the last. Excellent customer service, tasty food and friendly pocket charges ???? I highly recommend the " millefeuille" & " Patė".

Hi, just wanted to give some feedback on this cake.... I was not very happy with the design, if u can see its not very smooth as compared to your other cakes I saw on insta, also the writing on it is not professional at all, also I had asked to add 15th birthday on it which is missing.... cake was also not very good, way too much cream I could hardly taste the cake..... My overall experience was not very good

This is an honest experience where I had the best customer experience. The team is surprisingly quickly responsive even during outside working hours, I'm amazed. Really recommend them for good quality products and great prices for such services.

Celebrated Birthday of our Boss and they customized the cake as per our needs and expectations. Delivered it right on time. The Flavours were really good. Best for Corporate Cakes and Birthdays. We are surely going to order again.

This place was absolutely amazing and delivered on my very detailed cake request. From the color of the icing, to the logo, to the colors of the letters and numbers. I showed them the inspo pic and then showed them a edited/animated pic of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. As a perfectionist, I get hung up on the details, so I think maybe a little more attention can be given to final touches. But overall, amazing cake artwork, delicious cake, fabulous customer service. Highly recommend this place.

Ordering was easy and cake arrived as they scheduled though I wish they have earlier slots like other bakeries with little extra changes
To the cake : we ordered Lemon cheesecake which is very hard to find in Dubai and almost impossible but finally we found that this bakery does it
The cake had the zesty lemony taste in it but it was way far from being a cheesecake and we felt it is more of lime moose cake with crust on the bottom
It wasn’t worth the money paid for it specially it is hard enough for 6 adults and no way it can be enough for 6-8 adults
It wasn’t bad of a zesty taste but seems cheesecake is not there specialty
For unknown reasons the drivers asked for an extra 10 dirhams when delivered!!! Though we paid as per the bill they provided
Had a better experience but to be fair maybe we have to try something else to give the final opinion
Update: based on the bakery reply kindly note that the cake was kept in the fridge immediately and used after 30 minutes but that didn’t change the fact that it is not related to cheesecake at all
As for the 10 Dirham extra, I have clicked on cash payment and based on that it gave me a copy of the bill and I paid accordingly!!!!!! As for the size I hope they read it well, since I said it is hardly enough for 6 adults!!!! And if I we want to take the reply they have given then the money paid was too much for such cake and giving 2 stars was generous
