WARNING! Do not stay here! They have bed bugs and then deny they have them by saying it is too big to be a bed bug. Instead of getting pest control, they say that they will just change the sheets. They refused to help us and told us to cancel the booking and we were left with no where to go as we came to celebrate Eid. They did not care.

You’re giving some companies holiday homes ( Afamia holiday home), they’re not straight and they steal ppl money, don’t trust them and bad costumer service, not recommended at all, for me building is ok due the canal view but giving appartment to the wrong companies to rent it out it’s not a good idea

Beware.. if you’re seeking comfort and cleanness, do not choose Mayfair tower- specially apt. 1103.

You will have the worst Indian neighbors. Specially who live in 1102- loud, vulgar, keep their door open all day and keep their cat on your doorstep all time.

Building is fine if you’re okay with bugs and cockroaches everywhere. Construction noise, vulgar cafe below the building that’s closes at 3 am.

Only positive thing is the view. Other than that it’s by far the worst building I have ever lived in.

I’m literally counting days to move out. It’s never about the view after all.

FYI: Other reviews are misleading. Don’t fall for the rating.

Mayfair Tower Developed by Deyaar ..The apartment size are small but according to the prices it's reasonables ..It has one and two bedrooms apartments and located on Canal Marasi Drive..

Very clean and quiet location, great for having a long walk around the canal, all the main services are in the same tower: barber, pharmacy, restaurant, pet shop, mini market, coffee shop and laundry.
