I have just returned from my stay at the beautiful Andaz hotel on the palm. A group of 10 of us visited and all agreed to be leaving feeling very pleased with our stay. The hotel rooms were bright, beautifully designed and accomodated well for space and luggage.

From front desk to the chef all were outstanding in their roles and very attentive to all our needs. Srikant, served us well during our meals.

The portion sizes were large, the food was freshly cooked and tasted great.

I feel I would be sure to revisit this hotel and recommend to family and friends.

Thank you to all at the Andaz.

We spent 2 nights at the Andaz and we loved it throughout. We got given a room upgrade to a an apartment, which was very spacious and super comfortable. The Japanese restaurant on the roof terrace was divine. The food was amazing and the views were stunning. The breakfast buffet really had everything and also the nicest seating area outdoors. I wish I was more hungry in the morning because everything we had was delicious. The staff were super friendly and polite. We loved every minute!
We would love to be back one day. Thank you so much for the experience.

Hotel, staff, room, view and facilities are AMAZING ????. It’s very unique and luxurious. We book a suite which has a sea view. It was so convenient and the room service is perfect. They don’t have a valet parking but you can park in the basement. It’s a family friendly hotel. The breakfast is fair.

We were here with the family for a ten-day vacation and had half-board. The rooms were okay, but a bit small with two pieces of luggage, but it was still okay. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was outstanding and with a sufficient selection of various dishes. The service was always helpful and so lovely, thank you for that. The rooms were always cleaned properly and we felt very comfortable in this hotel. The only thing that wasn't so great was the lifeguards at the large pool. We had a child with us and were constantly admonished not to swim through the pool, not to get too close to the edge, not to jump in, and so on. Please make it more child-friendly or turn it into an adults-only hotel. All in all, I can highly recommend the hotel and I would come back here anytime without hesitation.

Excellent facilities and super friendly staff. Special mention to Ms Jingle at the reception who was pleasant, courteous and patient in spite of the rush hour. Good swimming pool and clean beach with special kids pool facilities. Got a surprise cake for the kids to the room too!
Also, appreciate the efforts of Mr Precious (Hotel lobby) and Mr Akhil (restaurant) for being friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Fantastic, especially for families.

My daughter had a crazy time in the huge warm pool where many kids can met.
Pool guards are everywhere for their safety.

Lots of space for them to bike and use the step.
Food is well prepared and tasty. The only small minus is the bar service, a bit slow. It's not a big issue anyway.

The spa and gym are top quality, although the spa is a bit on the high side of prices compared with the same categorie hotels.

The rooftop pool is adult only, warm and windy enough not to suffer the hot sun. There is a nice cocktail bar, too.

I've been here twice in a month, so it is good

We had the pleasure of staying at the Andaz hotel at the Palm Dubai and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf. The property is nestled in a quiet corner of the Palm, which allowed for a truly tranquil retreat.

But what sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff and management team. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. They were attentive to every need.

The management team at Andaz should be commended for their attention to detail and commitment to excellence. The property is beautifully maintained and the facilities are top-notch. The food and beverage offerings were exceptional, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the breakfast buffet.
