One of the best residence on the palm. Excellent place to stay long or short term. Very family and kids friendly. The huge private infinity pool inside accompanied by a jacuzzi. The pool is open until 10pm and safe for little kids.
The private beach area is very clean and has chaise-longue chairs with umbrellas. There is a playground right on the beach. All the territory is very green and sparkling clean. There is a shopping mall near by walking distance as well as small convenient store right on the residence territory.

One of the premium Al Wasl Properties. They have their own little world at this place with complete amenities, from Kayak parking, a small community center with a bar and supermarket to a yacht club. It's near the entrance of the Palm Jumeirah so it's more accessible versus the other residential places around.

Incredible stay!!! Beach and pool were amazing and the view from the room of yachts and Atlantis was surreal
