It was such a great experience to dine here . I specially liked the service. All the servers was super polite and active . The ambiance was great and the dinner buffet had perfect variety of dishes . Jyouti and her all the colleagues who assisted us is doing a great job . Very tastefully decorated place with nice sitting area .Special highlight is the ice cream counter with the toppings you can sprinkle. If you are planning to take out your partner, family or friends for a nice dining experience. This is the place.

We have recently stayed at the Andaz hotel Dubai The Palm . We stayed for 10 nights and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the reception staff . Ramadan was very friendly and polite and asked us to see him if any concerns . The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day with snacks and non alcoholic drinks provided . The bed was very comfortable . We had half board which was breakfast buffet and dinner buffet but could be changed to Ala cart lunch if not back for dinner . There was a wide variety of choices of food for everyone’s taste . The waiter service was excellent and attentive . We especially thought Gede was an excellent front line for the restaurant always smiling polite and attentive . The pool was great infinity and all the lifeguards were doing an amazing job . There was a free shuttle bus to the mall which we caught regularly there and back .on our last day we arranged for breakfast to take away and Walter front line staff at reception was excellent good communication and making sure we were happy with our stay . We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel and staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was good

Even though my friend Laura and I have traveled all over the world, spent several weeks in the USA or Thailand, we have to give a special mention to our stay at Andaz Dubai The Palm. The service, especially the cleaning and restaurant staff provided excellent service, the quality of the food was absolutely comparable to a 5-star organic hotel in Austria or Switzerland. everything was fresh and extremely delicious, big thanks to the pancake hero Akash as well as the wonderful dinner team of Teresa, Akhil, Shah, Jyoti, Bhanu, Manot, Anoi and the head Chef Shriya.

Breakfast was very good. The atmosphere was nice and clean. Above all, the staff were kind, and among them, BHANU was very kind.
She brought us what we needed.

I rarely write reviews, but this is a wonderful place to write about. We were here at the end of May. The food is very tasty (amazing lamb, salmon, mini burgers). Saher desserts are works of art. Special thanks to the chefs! The menu is very varied. Awesome service! Providing shifts (evening and morning) take care of the service. It's the people that make this restaurant what it is. Pay special attention to your attitude towards Vijay, Manoj (sorry if I write the name incorrectly). Always friendly and welcoming. Attitude is very good to the message. The surprise that was given to me on the day of departure could not leave me indifferent, he is very cute (I am attaching a photo). Thanks for a great vacation!

This restaurant looks more like a family taking care of you. I was traveling alone for work and was delighted with the service provided. Both teams (morning and evening crews) took full care of me. JenniBeth knew my breakfast preferences very well and always offered exactly what I wanted to order. The evening team was also very interested in making my time in the restaurant as comfortable as possible. Plus, I would like to note such a pleasant surprise that I received on the day of my departure, it touched my heart. Summing up: delicious and varied dishes + great service. Everything was amazing!

Amazing food and service! Shout out to the chefs Gobal, Riyaj, Bhuvan and Ambed for preparing the perfect dishes every single time, and waitress Teresiaa for giving us that extra attention when taking care of us. The staff here are ever so welcoming and helpful and it is them who make this place so special. Highly recommended!
