have an excellent branches in Jordan but I don't know how come most of your branches in Dubai no deposit service in the ATM MACHINES !!!!!

If by any chance if you are going to deposit the cash at the counter, consider carry your snacks and food or a novel with you. Super slow.
Took more than 30 Mins to deposit the amount in one account. On top of it the bank was completely empty

Disaster Experience... Elite Costumer ( high category) should wait 30-60 minutes at brach... emails not replied in days... relationship manager can't help... don't bank with them!

Came to deposit a cheque late evening, turns out this bank is operating at a different age and time, every bank is going digital, they don't even have a cheque deposit service in the ATM at their local branch. I can understand staff being unfriendly sometimes as they are human after all but I really like to know if the bank is aware that a basic service of ATM cheque deposit is window 90s technology, they need a serious overhauling of their IT team.

Tried to call, they are not answering.
Can’t make deposit in the ATM machine.
There location is hardly foundable on google earth.
They don’t have much branches in UAE.
In the google earth it shows the bank is opened but actually closed.

Worst Banking experience EVER!

Customer service team is most unprofessional people EVER !

They always try to solve it when things are out of their hand ! What a way of dealing with things #FAILURE.

VERY weak and unprofessional follow up , knowing that they have limited branches and limited customer base compared to other local banks , but still they dont deliver quality service !!

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
