Ice spanish latte is the best, we always came back for these cold coffee drink. Highly recommended for those coffee lover out there. Fast service and a good place to chill with somebody.

Pros:
- Decent ambiance with many seating area
- Non-Dairy milk available

Cons:
- Lacking of the appropriate skills to make an espresso and milk based espresso drinks. The espresso puck was not tamped right and portafilter was tapped over the table after tamping. Milk tastes as if it was steamed to almost boiling temperature
- Lack of consistency. Two flat white made by the same barista using the same beans in the same order, tasted different
- Desserts needs an urgent improvement

I've been to Arabica Coffee Shop in Dubai Mall a few times now and I've always been impressed with the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere of the shop. The coffee is made with fresh, high-quality beans and it's roasted on-site, so you can really taste the difference. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always happy to help you choose the perfect coffee for your taste.

The shop is located in a convenient spot in the Dubai Mall, near Carrefour. It's a great place to stop for a coffee and a snack after a long day of shopping. The seating is comfortable and there's plenty of space to relax and people-watch.

I highly recommend Arabica Coffee Shop to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee in Dubai Mall.

I like the minimalistic ambience of the store and it’s great to know these brand have their own coffee beans farm. I got the Kyoto Ice latte (single origin).

Another super popular chain, with coffee snobs raving about it. Pretty authentic setup. My first time here in a long time. Had a single origin flat white. Bit of a wash flavour wise, not even the first sip had anything by the way of flavour. I will revisit again, to try and espresso to figure out if it was the beans or the drink that came up short. Nicely done interiors.

Great coffee place. The beans are from arabica plant that lessens the bitterness and adds little sweetness to the coffee. Even though, I like caffeine a lot, I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the coffee. I tried their Spanish latte which was one of their best sellers and loved it. All coffee lovers should taste this coffee once. Highly recommend.

Always liked coffee from arabica but recently the taste have changed. Didn’t like the staffs at the mall of emirates branch. The cofee I had grains in the milk sort of spoiled milk, grainy texture but when I complained the staffs said it’s normal. Since I drink the same cofee from arabica I know the texture. Disappointed . Stopped having coffee from here since then .

The Mall of the Emirates branch of this coffee institution with its minimalistic, modern and inviting decor. They serve strong smooth coffee, although at an above average price.
