The most pompus absurd staff running this place, I had already purchased a watch the day prior and the strap was broken and the lady made me wait outside not even offering us a seat in a mostly empty store with empty chairs and saying its 'store policy' as if were farm animals. Ill gladly take my business next door to LV next time.

An amazing after sales experince- Gucci MOE- Ms. Octavia and Mr. Hassan~

When I walked in to the store and asked if this men pair of shoes can be repaired, they redirected me to a very professional staff responsible, her name is Octavia. She received the shoes, listened to me very carefully and filled in for me all the information needed. She promised someone will call to update me on the process which they did.

After few days, another professional staff called me, politely introduced himself (his name is Hassan) and explained to me what they did and suggested if possible to leave the shoes for longer with them as he recommended to do an extra work and for that he needed my permission. – I so much respect when I am updated accordingly-.

When I received the repaired shoes, I couldn't tell that it had ever been damaged! He replaced both heel bottoms and added a little extra something on it that was grinded down. The shoes was from the classic collection and not new at all, I thought he would tell me to trash them or perhaps try to convince me to buy new one, instead he said give him a few days and see what he can do and he did a great job really! The whole process was for free.

It might go without saying, but the number one way you can generate overwhelmingly positive customer reviews is by focusing on customer service!

You were exceptional Hassan, thank you and thank you, Octavia.

I bought this shoes from this store and within 3 months the condition of shoes is like that this fake snake leather skin is peeling off.
I went to the shop for claim but they refused, since Gucci always claim life time warranty. Really Disappointed from Gucci Expensive goods but cheap quality.

i was really disappointed with this store and it's management along with company policies. my wife's birthday was coming up so i wanted to buy something, the assistant said there was only 14days return police and i was exactly 14 days until her birthday, so he advised me to come back a week later. in that time they managed to increase the price on the item by 15% !

now if there was new stock new designs i would understand but it is the same old thing and the price jumped almost 250AED or 50GBP.

Have bought multiple products from this store. The sales people and the manager are super helpful and kind in the buying process. The Customer Service and atmosphere is a notch higher than many neighbouring stores like LV

Gucci in HC is my favourite Gucci store! Dareen - she is able to understand my concerns and offer suggestions that solve the issues effectively with respect to products or services one sells. Great customer service skills!

Really bad experience. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Something you wouldn't expect when spending a lot of $$$$$$
