I placed an order through website and the delivery was taken longer than they promised. Hence I called customer service after couple of days later. They agreed to check and call me back but no one responded. I kept calling daily and also sometimes twice a day but the respond was “we will get back to you soon”. Unfortunately nobody never called me back. Customer service team has no clue when the shipment will be delivered or even status if it has been dispatched or not. It has been almost a week but nobody knows what is the status of my shipment.
Watson marketing team will leave a comment to this review asking me to drop an email which they copy paste on all the negative reviews they get here. You guys are absolute failure to the business as a marketing team.
If anyone planning to do online shopping with Watson, do yourself a favor and find an alternative vendor.

Their staff is highly courteous plus helping. Off n on they have offers and discounts.
I would like to visit it again.

Its my experience when i visit the store at MOE Watson. I hope make some training for all your staff. Since they are at MOE mall.
