I got their famous mango kunafa for an iftar gathering from the motor city branch , and the moment the box was opened the smell of the cream was very obvious and the taste proved that it was spoiled and needs to be thrown . Very disappointing and embarassing . So its either the ingredients are not fresh as it tasted a week old ! or they dont care enough of the correct preserving of their products

They make one of the best cakes in dubai.

They aren't located in a lot of places, but it's defiantly worth a try.
Their making style is very different and unique compared to the other shops around here.

All my friends and family have loved their cakes.
Their best seller is doberge, which is a must try!

I used to be your regular Customer who always get the cakes only from u guys on all occasions. It is so surprising to hear from you guys today that you dont write the names on a Birthday Cake, However I used to get it done earlier. Today I was forced to choose another shop and I dont think this could be a good practice at a pastry shop for customers who buy for different occasions and it has to be mentioned on the cakes. You cannot deny the request just because you dont have white chocolate to write the names. I hope many of your customers will have the same opinion.

Worst sales staff , unwelcoming, rude , unhelpful and in no mood to do business , should be replaced and sent for training immediately.

There are 500 bakers in Dubai , and one would never come back to sale sucre to take the rude attitude of the staff selling the cakes.

So good luck with the business , me not going back and asking others not to make their way to sale sucre, esp motor city shop

The worst experience ever you can had when dealing with Sale Saucre in dubai. They are not committed and rude especially someone called Mazen in the motor city branch. I have agreed with him one week before my son's birthday on a birthday cake and provided him the birthday location as he offered to deliver the cake with additional charges 50AED and I agreed to that as the cake is big and needs special care and on the day of the birthday itself and before the birthday with 2 hours he is informing me that I need to meet the delivery guy outside the birthday location as he will not be able to deliver it inside the location, although I have infomed him the location one week before the event and eventually he has been late 1.5 hours and I had to pay extra charges to extend the birthday waiting for the cake and had send my husband to bring it from a very far place. And when I compliant about the experience and I will not pay the delivery charges, he was super rude and said unethical words. Never recommend this low level of service and communication!

They have nice products but when you order from Talabalt always some items is finished then they call you to force you for replacment. especially Moto city ones

Amazing taste and love the presentation. Good value for money. My whole family loves it. One must try the Ferrero Rocher cake …. It so delicious
