Overall good experience
Friendly staff. Nice decor. You want to “work from cafe” ???? than go their first floor sitting area.
Calm and welcoming.
Although it’s summer season but they have a good outdoor sitting space on first floor as well.
So no enjoy guys.

I love Tim’s motor city, it’s by far my favourite cafe as of yet, and I am not exaggerating.
First and most importantly. The staff during all shifts are just FANTASTIC!! They are very friendly and welcoming, and just their smiles and how polite they are just makes my day and lightens up my mood.
Secondly, the aesthetic is wonderful, it’s so clean and tidy and just beautiful. The interior design is fantastic.
The chairs are very comfortable and good quality and so are the tables, they have built Bluetooth charger and plug within the tables for charging.
I come here to study and it’s so nice and quiet and calm. And most importantly it’s open 24/7.
So far I’ve ordered a Boston cream doughnut and a grilled cheese panini sandwich. The grilled cheese panini was so tasty and cheesy, I loved it. I appreciated that when I went to them with my donut cause it didn’t have cream filling, they gave me a new one right away.
I’ve also tried their frozen French vanilla, and it’s become my go to drink. I get it well blended and it’s fantastic. I just love how the staff know that I like it well blended and do it without me asking. I honestly appreciate it.
Also, I have had their Cesar wrap with a special order of chipotle sauce and extra chicken (and sometimes with cheese) it’s so tasty and has so much chicken and sauce and is very spicy. It’s amazing, I would definitely recommend it if you like spicy and also make sure they make it extra hot.
I honestly recommend you come over to study, work, or just have fun with your family or friends. It’s an amazing place and you won’t regret it.

Its complicated, I’m not sure if im satisfied or not! The person who took the order was so weird I couldn’t realize if she’s kind or rude! The way she talks and act wasn’t appropriate for such job! She was talking in a sarcasm way while repeating the order as if she’s coming to work just to waste time not to serve customers! I didn’t like her service at all she doesn’t fit this position! I ordered donut and coffee she forgot to give me napkins and cutlery! The donut and coffee taste was good and I enjoyed it! But the management should train their staff! I’m not visitation back this branch in motor city

This Tim Hortons is really big with an upstairs and downstairs area. Donuts were really fresh and coffee good. A nice place to sit and work.

The best location ever from the design, cleanliness, quality and service were the staff is amazing and has a great hospitality led by their manager Sam who is amazing and great leadership I saw ever, he checks everyone needs and help them, which makes me and the others always feel like home

Tim hortons is mostly my crying shoulder ???????????????? Tim Hortons is there in my hands when i feel low, and even when i feel happy. Its reasonable and offers variety to quench my coffee thirst and give me needed kick to carry on. French Vanila and Nutella donut is my most frequent order and i also love their nutella croissant and chicken bites.

Horrible quality! I saw the i9mages of the lotus donuts on the poster outside and they looked delicious with melted caramel coming out of the donut. When I went inside, I noticed that they don't look so fresh and nice as the poster ad so I asked the waiter are these fresh? He said yes, offcourse, they are delivered to them every 8 hours and always fresh. So I bought one along with a pistachio shake. The pistachio shake was just ok, nothing special but the lotus donut was hard, dry, and had no flavor. This was my first visit and the last!
