This review is for Susantha Site no. 7177. He was exceptional and recommended the extreme wash to me and did a great job. From now on I will be going to ProWash only when he is working as I would only like to deal with him due to his exceptional customer service skills and the hard work he puts in.

Always washing my car here. Even sometimes queue is really big, team working very hard and doing their best to serve everyone fast. I came today in the morning to wash and vacuum at after the beach and mood was spoiled by one of the staff. I don’t know why he is not in mood, and I understand that maybe he have his own problems but it’s not giving him rights to be rude, and ruin mood of another people since morning . Very disappointing to be honest.
Thank to another guy who just took over and give the best attitude and made mood a bit better.

I spent 2.5 hours to wash my car. Employees barely move.
There was maximum 5 cars before me.
Will never come again and highly do not recommend !!!!

ProWash branches are all over Dubai. The service is great, the staff are super friendly. They have different services for washing depends on the vehicle. The also have the auto wash service. Prices are reasonable as well.

The only downside is the waiting time. They are doing their best to maintain quality service, but this needs to be addressed.

Queue of more that 15 cars and personnel is chatting and enjoying their time instead of washing cars. 2 hour for a 10 minute job. Worst service

Sujun, richu and ajin where really helpful and skill people. They so patient through out the process and my car looks really clean and am happy with the service. I recommend this for everyone.

The car wash is very good, but the main issue is that you need to wait under the sun between the washing and the drying which results in drying of water and having water spots all over the car. I wish if you install sun shades in the waiting area to prevent this issue from happening.
