Worst car wash ever. Don’t come here. It takes more than 2 hours and there is no system. They don’t have enough staff, I don’t recommend it at all!

One staff for the whole fueling station????
Pro wash is getting worse day by day. Staff management is very poor. 2 washing station is open and one vacuum bay. Pathetic experience.
By the time we reach the vacuume area. Car is already dried up with water spots.

The situation is still the same here.. looking for a change

Horrible. Horrible. 2 hours for a car wash? and it’s not even detailed. What’s going on? So slow. In the interior cleaning section, only 1-2 people on one car. If there was 4 on each car, things would go faster. You are under employed. Get more people to improve and increase the flow of cars. Also, this is barely considered proper cleaning. Going to look for a new company to clean my car.

Yesterday I did wheel balancing at the service. Philippino guy whose name was Mallow ( apologize if spelling is wrong ) was great and very professional. Fixed balancing very fast and assisted with each question patiently.

This petrol station is located at District 10. Comparatively faster than the other petrol station I've been to. It is a one stop facility too.

The staff especially the Filipino guys are helpful offering to clean the windshield while waiting for the tank to be filled.

I use my Yes Rewards in all Enoc petrol stations.

The car wash is a good place to get one. McDonald has always helped us and always kind while working. He even went an extra mile and polished a mark which would’ve cost us.

Unfortunately, car wash is taking too long. I came at 22:30. By writing this I am still standing in the line. Car wash was good, really fast, the guy was helpful. But Vacuum bay is a complete disaster. 2 hours to clean the car is way too long, especially when you are taking xetreme wash for 110 AED.
Moreover, until you reach the Vacuum Bay, the car is already dry..
Don’t recommend it. If it is like this at night time, I can’t even imagine how long I would need to waiting during regular hours…

Why it's the most bad enoc gas station in UAE ? Why only 4 employees to serve all this cars from jvc ?? , Why I have to wait more than 20 minutes everytime I come here ? Why the employees in this station is so lazy and they not have power to work ?? I am wondering
