The most unprofessional rental company i have dealt with, i rented a car for 10 days beginning of April 2023 and when I returned it to the airport parking, no one was interested to check the car and assess if there were anything in it; the person who took the papers from me simply put the papers on the desk said
that they will check it later... which is apparently their fraudulent tactics, since the car was returned in the same condition of the rental day .. But to my surprise after 4-5 days they sent me an email claiming that the car had a scratch on the back bumper and they will be charging me around AED 380 with some pictures they shared that looked simply fake (attached)..and they deducted this amount from my account.
Simply the worst company... just thieves, will make sure to spread this issue about this fraudulent company in UAE.

I would Vouch for the Sharjah Branch as I have some good experience with them , I had dealt with many car rental service and I must admit the insurance claim is painful for most of the company .
I read couple or reviews and seems that they have some bad experience but please note that insurance as a third party has it’s own procedure and they are quite difficult when it comes to claims however the company would always support you.
I personally recommend Autostrad as a good car rental company

Very poor car rental service. They made us pay a big amount since we had debit card and also gave back only few amount by deducting from it telling it had scratches which literally did not have . And also they only refund the amount after 10 days and then only they sent us the detail bill and amount . Since we are tourist they think it easier for them to loot money from us . Very bad service

Don’t be convinced with their competitive prices. They will eventually scam you and make you pay 10x times more. Add the peace of mind you will never get after you drop off the car as your credit card is theirs.

There was a scratch on the front wheel I told the inspector to add it & he said yes. After dropping the car and leaving the airport another inspector said its new and made me sign a paper that I herby its my fault but it wasn’t. “Mentioning its only for future reference”

I recommend finding another international trusted car rental instead of all the hassle you will get by renting from this company.

From the first day I have arrived in Dubai I met Safi with autostrad and it has been a very smooth process! Initially I was to rent the vehicle for 4 days, but as accommodation and travel plans changed it is now 11 days I've had the same vehicle in a seamless manner. I didn't have to go back to the airport to redo and contract , Ive just been able to communicate freely with Safi who has made this an enjoyable transaction. He is very professional with a friendly demeanour and I will absolutely use there services on my next return.

I have been to Dubai several times and each time i have hired a vehicle, i usually use the more well known and reputable companies such as enterprise, on this occasion i decided to use Autostrad as the prices they quoted were very competitive, unfortunately the customer service is not so great, we waited almost an hour for the vehicle to arrive, even though we had it booked for a specific time. With regards to the deposit they did eventually return it after approximately 25 days, however they did not refund the full deposit and my rental should have cost me £91 GBP but instead cost me £172 GBP. They have not specified why they have taken almost double the amount. I checked the salik toll fees and they only amount to 25 dirhams. Not a very professional company, I will certainly not be using them again and would recommend using a more reputable company even if the price is slightly higher.

Would give this company ZERO stars if I could. We rented a car for about 10 days in Dubai from them in January and signed a contract to pay a fixed amount. All of a sudden over three weeks later when our holiday was over they fraudulently charged an extra 25% to our bank account without any invoice or explanation provided. We tried e-mailing and calling them at all the email addresses and phone numbers listed online, but they never respond. After over a week of emails and calls, we were told that the charges would be reversed - to date they have not been reversed. Our trip to Dubai was nearly two months ago. Additionally, they sent an e-mail with a second invoice for another almost 400 Dirham, claiming it was for a traffic violation. After examining the invoice, it is actually for "car repairs", which Autostrad said - both verbally and in written contract - were not to be charged to us. Highly recommend you do not use this firm, as they are fraudulent. Best to stick to the big car rental companies like Budget, Hertz and Enterprise Rent a Car in Dubai airport.

This Autostrad rent a car customer care service is very supportive and friendly.i really appreciate for to solving my issue in short notice .
They have never failed to fix any problem, and will always go the extra mile if a job proves more difficult than first anticipated.
They are also extremely useful where advice may be needed with regard to what course of action would provide the best value.

very knowledgable staff- very friendly. loads to see and loads to buy. i was impressed with the fact you dont feel pressured to buy anything and there is always something to suit whatever your pocket can bear. its not all expensive but it is all really great art!!
