Had to wait half an hour to get my SIM card .
Two days later it was disconnected due to
“UNACCEPTED ID COPY” though i used my VALID passport that I checked in the airport security . Couldn’t fix the problem without going to the nearest du center that happened to be at the mall of the emirates to wait another half an hour queue and another hour to get my SIM card activated . what a waste of time for three days visit to Dubai :(

THE WORST customer experience. Before leaving the country in November 2019 I requested to close my line and the system was down and they couldnt close it and even they didnt give us any info on how to solve this issue or to submit a hard copy request or anthing. i left the country and when i returned after months i discovered i have to pay a huge bill of outstanding amounts for not closing the line. so i have to pay for the employee mistake of not giving us any info and pay for the mistake that there system was down. No one is solving or help in any. So disappointing branch and BAD customer experience. DON'T USE DU OR AT LEAST USE THIS BRANCH. Even with online compaints NO RESPONSE or any initative to solve any. if you have an issue dont bother urself or waste your time. NO ONE WILL SOLVE ANY FOR YOU.

Nothing to offer even one phone in stock always there main word is so system out of service and very rough staff this store is totally screwing du name please sent a mistre shoper and u will see your self

Great primary school and they have really cool buildings and corridors! They converted the junior corridor to a pier!
