I rented a car for 5 days last week. The service was nice and fast. The car was new and clean. More important I got my security deposit in 3 days only even though the told is going to take 14 working days.

We rented a car here for a week. The service was good and quick, and we did not have any problems. Dollar also allows you to take the car into Oman if you pay for the Omani insurance, which was also beneficial for us. Thanks all, for the good rental experience.

Scammers!!! Mar 12 2023, I rented a car from Dubai airport office. 3 days later I returned it back. The security deposit (2000 Dirham) should have be returned to my bank account in 45 days. Now, it has been more than 60 days since I returned the car back. It's ironic that while I’m at the office signing the rental paperwork, a traveler came over & started complaining for not receiving the security deposit for more than a year, even here on google reviews other folks complaining for not receiving the security deposit. A legal action will be taken if I don’t receive the security deposit in the next few weeks.

A company of scammers at first very nice, after that they extort all the money from you and lie who works in Terminal 3
You cheated on me, you were very insolent and chased me away

If there was a minus star i would put it, they're total scam, its been two months now never received a SAR my refund was requested on February 2nd and they totally ignored my emails!! Im moving forward with legal action

The worst car rental service ever , the staff are really sneaky & looking for tips in every step . I rented a car thru a web site ( third party ) , when I receive the car it was in a very bad condition, dirty interior, all the wheels were extremely old with damaged cups . After arguing with them they changed the car with a new one. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL .
