Reasonable prices compared to other electronic shops in the Mall, they can add a few freebies with the purchase depending on what you want to buy.

I visited to buy an iPhone and was assisted by Muzammil.
Prakash also assisted with few details and he was very kind and polite.

Axiom r big chatter i buy iPhone cable charger with 2 years warranty and with in six months both cable not working and i bring to dcc branch they won’t exchange they are telling this is the physical damage in that case we didn’t exchange they fooling the people selling their items saying two year warranty even six months, not working. Well it’s a bad quality material there giving.

On the website they told they are selling and having in stuck Rugged phones. When arrived the sales persons even did not knew what we mean , they didn't know the brands even. It might be a good company, understood afterwards they seem to have these type of phones but only via online shopping. They should use a more informative way to treat clients.

Axiom in Deira city center has an amazing machine for making customised phone covers right in front of your eyes. But actually i went there to fix my phone's screen, however they didn't not have the fixing services in that branch. They suggest to visit the branch in Sky tower on Sheikh Zayed road, which was closed on that Saturday
