Whats going on at the branch of well reputed organization.
i got pizza voucher from pepsi bottle.
i try to retain it.
The staff is telling me to come after 5:00PM.
Why?
on which basis?
how they can treat us like this?
why there is no check and balance?

The employee Aisha didn’t mentioned about the Tuesday buy one get one free offer and also when I went to pick up my order and asking her my food, she just acted like I did not exist.. the other staff helped me and when I asked why there is two boxes instead of one and by that time I got to know about the offer????????

The worst pizzahut I have ever been too, I have always recommend friends to buy wingstreet and they liked how yummy it is and only pizza hut has a great wingstreet, so I decided to buy from the new ads

The cashier didnt take the order correctly it came the baked chicken, have no idea the difference between wingstreet and baked chicken, after waited and got the wrong order I explained that I wanted to have floured wingstreet with bone-in, the order didnt come even after i waited and said that because they wanted to confirm, what? and then the supervisor came and re- taken the order he said that he knows which wingstreet I wanted, the order came after 10 minutes and it turns out chicken nugget, i wasted 35dhs for chicken nugget taste wingstreet!

Supervisor have no clue, the chef who cooked have no idea what wingstreet or lack of training to know other branch has much better taste of wingstreet, by far this is the worst experience I have ever have in pizzahut in so many yrs, the staffs have no effort to cook chicken or have no idea what they advertised!!!!!!

They should refund the money,

and have the chef cooked wingstreet properly as the ones they previously have the bone-in floured coated wingstreet, not the chicken nugget!!!

We regularly buy from pizza hut and like their offer buy 1 get 1 free. I was eagerly waiting to try their dessert pizza. I bought it and was extremely disappointed. The picture they show is a pizza with lots of chocolate and marshmellows but when they give its hardly any chocolate and marshmallows. I feel cheated. I'm putting pictures. The one with too much chocolate and marshmallows is what they show and the one with a few lines of chocolate and few marshmallows I'd what was given to me. I want my money back ☹

The pizza at this place has more dough than toppings. I was actually shocked at the quality of Pizza in comparison to the brand and appearance. I also need to mention that I reacted to ingredients and my tongue started swelling. I

We visited in pizza hut yesterday......huge rush due to weekend....we ordered limo pizza with side dishes.......good authentic taste.......only thing is to be highlighted.......pizza was ready for eating.......but they are giving me because of rush......my ordered pizza become cold bybthe time I received it.......wishes were pending to have it warm.......one need to be careful especially for pure vegetarian person.........they may order nonveg.....mistakenly.......we identified and addressed them.......they changed it. .

Attitude of the staff is utter nuisance. Ms. Jolly is very rude. She is not properly communicating. She is like if you want taje it or leave it attitude. Not at all friendly. I had been to many stores of pizza hut they will ask what crest yiu want, spicy or not. Available side dishes etc. But she didnt ask anything properly. Completely dissatisfied

Very bad service in this branch, the black lady is very rude, the pizza was not properly baked. The staff instead of saying sorry was arguing that this is pizza type, what nonsense. Better change the staff specifically the cook.
