We order hot & spicy pizza & jalapeno cheese poppers. Its was a beef Pizza with lots of jalapeno it was good but I liked their jalapeno cheese poppers more specially when you are eating them freshly baked oven hot. Their service is good & fast. Staff is friendly. You can easily find their discount coupons available at Carrefour.

When do I think about pizza? It is Papa johns ????, my all time favorite. I dont know how many times i order here in dcc branch anyhow their service is good the staff are approachable and what i love about papa johns is promos and of course the taste. ????????????

There was an eyebrow/eyelash hair melted into the cheese of our pizza and the manager outrightly refused responsibility claiming it was probably ours and fell into it.
Yes, we melted the hair into the cheese right? Absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The whole pizza went to trash. And please dont bother responding to this review by saying we caught you on a bad day like you have generically responded to everyone else. The place barely had any customers, and it was a Monday :)

I love the papadia of papa jhons and even thier pizza. Dough is so fresh even if u have the left over u can reheat it and eat again like freshly baked pizza.

I had visited during the Eid holiday:

The best things i can mention is that they have a best vegan ???? pizza in the city and u can enjoy the taste of pizza while you are vegan.

They do accept the entertainer as well , buy one and get one free and as well they have the option of buy one get one free on every Tuesday.

The cashier ( Jessel ) it was a amazing person , she helped us with vegan pizza and she guided us for entertainer.

The only issue i face it was the preparation timing that took almost 1 hour and im not sure this is happening always or it was because of eid Holidy busy hours.

Good delicious pizza as usual from papa Johns, delicious dough, fresh flavorful toppings, love their pizza sauce. Its the best American pizza ???? for me

I am appalled by today's service. I've never seen a major growing fast food restaurant so care free. There was no attendant to take our order for 5 minutes. The one small pizza we ordered was not sliced. No tissues or plates came with our order. If I could rate it a 0 I would..

Like any other outlet in UAE even this outlet has the same taste quality and service. The staff were very warm ans happy to serve.
