Great local Padel courts for anyone in Downtown. The team are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Very rude attitude by the lady called manager “Aan”
We came to attend football match and the staff decided we must pay 120 per person or they’ll switch off the TV
Is it the correct way to deal with your customer ??
The place is empty and nobody here except us
She pretended calling owner and as per her he said pay 120 or we will close the TV….
Very great way to make seasonal money … finally she brought her people to close the tv
Note: No written policy, we came before, its just instant decision

Such a nice sports area! The gym is great, HIIT classes and instructors are amazing. Lovely staff. Clean all around. Great padel courts with a view of Burj Khalifa!

Baller's is very nice with the best view on top, friendly environment, enjoy the sports activities, Like football, tennis my favourite is the coffee ☕ part I loved it

This is hands down my favorite place in all of Dubai to be. It brought me out of my pandemic cocoon and really gave me the real sense of community, especially with the social padel tennis groups. We all get on very well and have made friends from here too. Plus, what an awesome group that greet us daily and push us to be better versions of ourselves! Coaches Carlos & Naka are phenomenal, caring and passionate about their professions. The staff Ryan, Jason, Dezza, Sonya and Joenald are really awesome too! Sweet, cheerful and positive always. The cafe staff are the sweetest, welcoming you with smiles and great customer service. The grounds staff and security are lovely as well! All around great place to be to full up your confidence and energy batteries! Love this place and I’m so happy to be apart of this awesome community!

Downtown location nestled amongst skyscrapers with great state of the art sports facilities and views of the Burj Khalifa. Easy access and lots of free parking.

Ballers is a nice place to play Football and Padel, or grab a coffee and work. However, I gave it only three stars.
1 star was removed due to the fat they play music too loud when you are playing football.
1 star was removed for their rates. One of the most expensive Padel place (if not the most expensive one in Dubai) in the city and also quite expensive for their football courts.
