Never been to any other shops with such consistency in taste. They have flavours suitable for all, chocolaty, creamy, nutty, cheesy, fruity and what not. Their cone is superb and worth every bite. Real ice cream makes the difference and for sure it does not come cheap. Loved by all young and old alike.

I have a suggestion to reduce plastic waste. I ordered an ice cream with a cone because I do not want a plastic spoon. So I always come to Baskin Robbins for a cone, they only had waffle cones. They handed me the waffle cone with a plastic spoon in it. I would please request that your employees ask the customers ordering cones if they would like a spoon or not. I understand you use many spoons with the ice cream cups, but this is one instance that some plastic waste could be reduced. Please ask the cone customers if they really require a spoon. (Also please consider using biodegradable plastic spoons to be more eco friendly) thank you !

Worst customer service i had ever. Talking to customer as like joke. This guy asking with joking face what do you want.need to take action for like this staff. I don’t know his name his thin short guy. In mall of emirates.
