I heard about the shake shack and was waiting to try their burger and shake. Finally I got the time and chance to try and it was excellent. I was blown away by their smoke shack burger. Super quality buns, juicy meat, flavour were amazing it must recommend from my side. Then we tried the regular shack burger and it was ok. Then the crispy hot chicken burger was also excellent. Super crispy and juicy. Loved the pickles in the burger. Cheese fries was also superbh.

Milk shake could be better. It was super super thick and frozen. I would prefer the ice tea next time.
Over all a good experience and the server were cheerful, great suggestion while taking orders.
Over all a great experience.

Good burger. I got a shake shak double on the recommendation of their staff member as I was trying their burger for the first time. It was quite good. Juicy, well cooked and the spices level was also good. Cheese was melted and the taste was a little different and good. Overall the burger was pretty decent just felt a littlw overpriced. I ordered cheese fries too but it was I guess a bad decision, they weren't bad, but not value for money I must say. Overall experience was above average but nothing extra ordinary as the hype.

Probably the fourth time I’ve had it and I still feel the exact same about it. Overhyped burgers which don’t exactly have the taste that the hype keeps pushing. At best a 3/5 experience for me. Yes their fries are pretty nice but nothing close to McDonald’s.

Burgers, hotdogs, fries - all as you would expect from these guys. If you need to spend a day in MoE this is a level up from “golden arches” and believe your kids will like it even more. Don't try to find rocket science, it's nice fast food where everyone will find something tasty. Big plus for ladies in kitchen, super nice talk with customers.

Always burgers! The best, juicy tasty and fresh! Just 1 comment concerning the veal bacon, it was chewy, but everything else was great

A little over hyped in my opinion but great burgers nonetheless. Really soft brioche buns and the cheese fries are freakin awesome. If you like hot chocolate they serve a really good one and it’s actually quite economical. You get a shortbread with it with I actually quite enjoy. Chicken burger isn’t my favourite but the beef burgers are pretty good.

Hands down the BEST burgers in the world! Nobody can beat their taste! I had a Shake Shack burger last year and with the very best bite I knew I had tasted something special. This year, I came to Dubai with family and Shake Shack was one of the things on my 'Must Do' list. First bite and my entire family fell in love with the taste of Shake Shack.
Above all, the entire team of Shake Shack at Mall of the Emirates is super courteous and welcoming. Never felt the same kind of warmth and friendliness in any other restaurant. This is how you make burgers and this is how you make loyal customers for life!
