Beautiful outlet of Dior at Mall of Emirates.
New collection on display
Beautiful bags, shoes & dress collection.
Nicely decorated & well-maintained.
Located on First floor.

Very beth costumer service, I both 2 days ago a suit for a big event. After 2 hours on the event my whole pants Brock from the backside. I call them for a replacement on the event. They not had any interest to help me. And it's not the first time. 2 months ago I both a jacket, in the same night the arm stich go off and the arm fell down.

The manager is very worst and not support any regular customer.

I aspect a complete different service from a brand like DIOR.!

My wife went today from 4 hours ago to get a slipper from the store in the Ground floor in mall of emirates! , we went back as she need a one more size because it’s not fitting her feet, we went to speak to the people they are working there they said no we cannot do anything because the product it’s dirty she just take it from 4 hours ago the stuff they are very rude, they didn’t even give a one small solution i get upset from the way and the attitude they have have, I feel I am in a low level place not Dior !!! I’ll not come to this place anymore, even the store manger he doesn’t care about the clients.

Went to this store just to roam around. I have been in many dior stores around the world and I can say confidently that this store display and the staffing in the Men’s store in the top floor is outstanding .
We was welcomed by Haifa and she is an excellent asset to this store , with fluency in many languages a sharp eye in the fashion industry she managed to make me walk out with New trainers .
Thank you Haifa for great client service , this is why we shop in dior

The service very depends from the staff, also if you ask to order something the staff not interesting at all . Only once I meet very professional, friendly and highly motivated women sales lady in men section . Usually very busy on weekends better don’t visit this days .

Excellent design and range of bags, purses, clutches and hand bags. Great services and after sales services. Replaced the charm and hook of the bag without any charges. Shop is well maintained and customer services

Probably the greatest experience in perfumeries yet. The whole private collecition is there! Sale managers are distinctly kind. I had a huge pleasure to meet Virginia. Kindest sale manager I have ever met. We had such a good time there. Also with the purchased perfume you will get personalized bottle. Don’t pass this store.

Yesterday i bought 3 parfumes from dior for 3,599thousand and the seller put everything in one bag we are asked one more box becouse they are separate gifts for eid but the staff are making ungle face to us by saying we already give to you one bag they are too rude staff change the staff or teach them how to care the customers
