I been a client since past 2 years, minor inconveniences been here and there, however Faces always had great promotions which let you come back again.
But unfortunately, after my last situation I will never return to this store physically or online.
They do not value their client and customer service replying with copy paste templates without apologies or looking into the matter.
I whould highlight representative name Ali Alani, which probably haven’t read my email just responded with typo template.
I have placed my order online, however after 3 days I haven’t received parcel as promised that’s why I have called to to their number to follow up, where lady have told me my order is ready and she will try to expedite the shipping since it’s already been delayed.
Another 2 days passed no calls or news about my order. I start whirring emails, where without basic apologies I been informed to choose something else as items are out of stock.
They waisted 1 week of time, refund will take another 2 weeks of time.
You have to chase them to find out by your self that they are not able to satisfy their order.
Very poor customer services, zero supervision on how client complaints handled.
Ordered same parfume from other store which been delivered within 2 hours.

I asked the guy about a YSL old perfume, he told me I never heard about it in a sarcastic way!
Then I asked him if the sale valisince I received an email and sms, he answered no we don't have sale ..show me the Email!
Never visit that store again!
