He follows up with me for more than 3 weeks to exchange the size

Abayas are gorgeous and a decent price when on sale but the staff is incredibly rude. The first time I wasn't assisted although I was the only one in the store and both attendants were engrossed in their own conversation.
The second time, the attendant made fun of me for not knowing my abaya size and instead of getting a new sheila like I requested since there were loose threads, he took out a lighter to get rid of them which ruined the sheila. Horrible experience dealing with them and it makes me think twice of purchasing an abaya in store ever again.

I will never ever order online from their branch again and do not recommend anyone. The first I had to always run for sales lady for she could assist me properly.
The second, I got my 2 abaya. Both of them without shela and again sales lady can’t give proper answer on questions, one of them was tailored as a nightmare. If I could choose less than 1 start , I would definitely choose it.

Abayas are really nice, they have quite many designs of plan abayas, quality is also good, however Filipino sales assistant is not really welcoming and pleasant
