ONLINE ORDER
I am giving 2 stars because the clothes are decent quality.The online process and return gets a 1 star or less.

I had booked a return for my items through Skynet (the same courier used by Nishat to deliver my order). They came today to pick up my package and refused saying they were not allowed to ship to Nishat. I clarified that it was not a booking by Nishat being returned, but a private package booked and paid for by me, but they refused to accept the package.

I am frankly beyond irritated and frustrated by the difficulty of making an exchange at Nishat. At this point I would rather throw the badly sized clothes away than bother returning them for the (hopefully) correct sizes. Initially I had to contact the customer service centre a number of times, through email and WhatsApp, over a few days, until a complete return address with name and contact number (as required by all courier services) could be provided to me. Secondly, if your company has an exception to the courier that could be used to send the package back that should have been made clear. A standard reply to exchange/return requests should include all this ESSENTIAL information.

I will not be spending any more time or energy on this and will not be returning the clothes now, and definitely will not be shopping online from Nishat again; if you can't have easy and clear processes for your customers you should have stuck to in store shopping only.

Nishat Linen at Festival City is the place to shop for the Nishat linen brand. The sales person Meseret is a professional handling the store and sales so well. She informed me about the products available on sale and the discounts. She also informed me about the new collection too. She guided me on clothes as per my taste and I was indeed very glad with her assistance. She made my shopping at Nishat a wonderful experience. She was patiently guiding other customers too. Thankyou Meseret for making my shopping at Nishat Linen a wonderful experience
Highly Highly recommend Nishat linen DFC branch and do ask for Meseret for assistance

Staffs/ sales are not at all customer centric
and need serious attention or training. Ended up buying clothes from Khaadi next door.

Nishat Linen's discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned due to their company's policy, which I find it pointless and can put down customer's satisfaction. At least they could bring a policy where discounted items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase and this is used in many major retail outlets.

I really love all the products of NL. But as far as sales representatives are concerned, some of them really need to learn how to respect the customer. I wanted trousers from Festival city NL, before I bought it , there were some marks of shoe dust on it. I talked to the rep if there were another trousers of the same size , type and colour. Guess what she said, " Ma'am I guess someone stepped over these trousers and that's why these trousers are dirty, go to your home and wash it because this is the last piece. "

I got really furious and anyhow bought those trousers because I really wanted those.

I would request the management to please give some training to the reps and they should at least keep the stuff neat and clean. Also, they should not hand over dirty and dusty items with pathetic logics to the customers.
