Bought men silver bracelet end of May for 350 AED, just last week the bracelet kept falling from my hand as the lock system is bad quality.. Went to the shop yesterday and they informed me that unfortunately that’s the type of locking system having issues , so they knew about it in advance !!!! And what’s more funny they will have to send it to Italy for 45 days to get it fixed , which I rejected and requested a refund or immediate replacement which they rejected.. didn’t even wear the bracelet for even one month and I have to wait 45 days!!!

- staff unprofessional: completely ignoring the clients and giving wrong info
I've been waited for my bracelet to be fixed for nearly 4 months but I didn't mind to wait for it as it was not urgent (but still it's too much). Just really disappointed by the staff.
As Italian I feel really embarrassed to see an italian brand managed by such bad staff.
I would never come back in that store again.
