Beyond Bike is a great place to fulfill most biking needs. This large store is very well stocked with a wide range of bicycles, tools, accessories, equipment and supplements. There is also a cafe upstairs. However, what made the strongest impression on me was the outstanding customer service, professionalism and courteous, resourceful and helpful attitude of the staff. Even though I ordered my bike online, they arranged for me to be able to pick it up in store way ahead of the delivery date. There are also seasonal promotions of different product ranges featuring many great deals. Of course there is also a service center making it a comprehensive one stop outlet to meet all your biking needs.

To be honest is it quite surprising to see such a big selection of biking accessories available in such a small store.

Very wel thought of use of available space for sure.

Beyond the Bike and next door Giant is actually two connected stores with the same staff providing sales and after sales, as well as bike cleaning services.

Friendly and helpful staff and as mentioned before really a very good selection of biking accessories.

Located at the First Avenue mall so plenty of parking available underground and in front, front and back entrances as well.

Bought a downhill bike from this store. (giant reign 29 sx, aprox 15k aed)
All was good, but after 15 minutes of riding, the chain tried to fly off the last gear, and scratched a completely new frame (I rode around the area, on a flat road, to get used to the bike).
Brought the bike to the service maintenance, and said that this was the mistake of the master who assembled and tuned the bike (did not set up the end position on the derailleur), and that this needs to be fixed under warranty (the paint over the scratch).
In response I received that the store could not do anything about it, and they would give me a five percent discount on this service maintenance (the service maintenance cost 150 dirhams), and there was nothing more they could do.
I think this is very bad customer service. If you want people to come back to you for new purchases, then you need to correct such mistakes and make presents to your customers.
I advise everyone to check the build quality after the masters from this store so that your bike is not damaged and you are not upset like me.

Staff there was very helpful, I was almost upset due to their online selling stock count mismatch from where I was supposed to get a free helmet as advertised during purchase but informed it was no longer available during pickup time as its been out of stock for a long time and still advertised. awesomely the team saved my day by their attitude and willingness to settle.

I will go back to this shop and continue shopping, to the management: staff you have must be kept like treasure. genuine people!! Thanks Edmond and Jay for fun and bike learning shopping experience!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beyond the Bike, and I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was with both the shop itself and the amazing team of professionals who work there. Wide collection of all kinds of bikes and their accessories, helmets, clothes and shoes.

Electric scooters are also available.

Great place for bike sports lovers, with with wide range of professional bikes, accessories with convenient prices.

Different age / gender beginners will enjoy this collection of city bikes and even if they need to customise their bike in addition to the safety accessories like helmets and guards.

Also you have nice coffee shop at the upper floor, offering speciality coffee and some sandwiches and cakes.

Very friendly staff, good knowledge on the products they’re selling and very good advisors as well. Nice service with bike measurements and catering too. Aftab and Eric are truly experts with the bikes and the technicalities

This is conveniently located next to Asda and KFC, there is a library, cafe and a post office.
The staff are told (I think) not to smile at customers

Staff are very slow and have no sense of urgency whatsoever….even when there are 20 people in the queue. Could be waiting an hour or more just for 4/5 people to be served

Visiting Swanley library post office is always a pleasure. The ladies working there, especially Tara and Jigna, are always very friendly and they are always on hand to help with any queries. I normally go during my lunch break and service is very fast and efficient and it is a pleasure going to this branch. Would definitely recommend!

Much preferred the old library design fro. 2005, was a lot more cosy and nicer compare to this current sterile bland deisgn, and where on earth are the books. Preciously it was stacked with books of all genres.

However whenever I need to print something or photocopy a document, the desk staff have always been friendly and efficient. Though you may have to pay in cash because their card reader does not work, on both occasions.

The post office is always busy but it's not their fault, its clearly understaffed and the opening hours are quite stingy, this council has duty to its constiuence to have a fully operational library and post office 7 days a week and open for a decent amount of time. No need to take it out on the staff.

Shocking customer service. Today, 6 June, I waited for almost an hour to simply post a parcel. The queue was 20-30 customers long when I joined it and even longer when I was eventually served. I swear, it’s the last time I use the Post Office whilst there are other couriers.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't work in customer service jobs if you can't be bothered to talk to people, or even saying a simple helllo. Especially the Indian lady with the glasses.

Other colleagues are so lazy and moody everytime I take a parcel.

Highly don't recommend, changing post offices due to the above. ????

I didnt get her name as she wouldn't even say hi' so I don't think I would have quite got her name. She was the middle aged Indian lady working yesterdays early afternoon shift with glasses.

It was a very simple query just the way she responded was awful then walking out I realised the library did provide a printing service and she couldn't even be bothered to tell me that after having wasted 30mins of my lunch break to find that all she said is its not a QR code. That's all. For returning a parcel which seems like a lot of effort for them. I work in customer service and this would have really affected my work ethic if I was to act like that. Being polite and helpful goes a long way.

I left very angry and upset over something so simple.

Went here after visiting 4 other post offices to renew my licence.
this was the only one that could provide that service even know royal mails website said all the other can do the same service very pleased lovely staff.

Friendly, efficient and well stocked. Their stationary & packaging section has saved me on many occasions and the staff are always helpful and welcoming.
