Very small shop but convenient location. Friendly team that helps with requests. If you pay the bill on cash via terminal, please note that it dies not give change.

Frankly I was hesitant to visit with below bad reviews, but My experience there was awesome, quick, kind and professional. Staff especially Mr. ANTHONY G. was ver nice gentle and supportive.

Originally planned to get a new plan with DU. Went into the Du office a couple of doors down and the staff were so unhelpful and rude so I decided to leave. I notice Etisalat near by so decided to see what they had to offer. The staff were super friendly very accommodating. One female employee in particular was the best customer service I have ever received in Dubai. Knew how to get me exactly what i was looking for and made the experience very enjoyable. I think she had short hair to my memory. 10/10 service should be recognized. Thank you!
