I love Yamanote as they do some amazing breads and sandwiches and rolls. Cakes and pastries there are amazing.
But a couple of times when I went to this particular branch in Motor City, it tasted as it was sitting on the shelves for too long and had gone hard a little.
But other than that, it has been amazing experience every other time.
My only request to the management is to have more staff in this branch in Motor City as this guy alone can inly do so much yet he tries his best but in the mornings when it is very busy with people and deliveries, one person is nit enough.

I discovered this beautiful bakery in Motor City. I visited Yamanote on a Tuesday afternoon and was not disappointed. Lots of treats to choose from. I purchased the Yamanote Croissant with Kiri Cream. Delicious!

Tasty Japanese treats, unfortunately not as many choices as the other branches have to offer. I’ve tried most of their bakery and they are all super good, my favorites would be the Cheese Tarts, and matcha tart. Their matcha latte is 5/5. Friendly staff too.

Service was great but food is below average and coffee is mediocre for the prices. I expected much more for the both overpriced food and coffee
