lots of restaurants and cafes. has carrefour too. play area for kids available and small fountains. do not park outside parking they charge 10 aed per hour. park underground for free there are lots of spaces. spinneys is available on the other side of the road.

This is first time to visit outdoor shopping mall. I have been living in Dubai for 13 years but as we say Dubai will keep on surprising us. Worth visit with family. Nice play area , restaurants and outdoor fountain sitting area.

Decent place, lot of restaurant options Carrefore, ice cream shop, prime medical, gym etc, money exchange, perfume shop, saloons. Ace Hardware. It's not very big but it's spread out. Good of residents of nearby places to handout.

Good mall. The main issue is it’s an outdoor mall so during summer you have to be careful about the shops you want to go to park in the closest parking zone to avoid a long walk.
