I joined Body and mind yoga center for prenatal classes. It helped me stay both physically and mentally fit throughout my pregnancy. I had a smooth normal delivery because of yoga. The instructor Rakhee is very experienced and she will provide you with general advice on dos and donts during pregnancy. She maintains a personal connect with all her students, which keeps you motivated and positive.
They offer both in person and online classes which is quite convenient. I would highly recommend body and mind yoga center for prenatal classes. One of my best decisions during pregnancy!! :) :)

I have been taking yoga sessions with Rakhee for 8 months and the experience has been great. Her authentic yoga techniques with a focus on breathing has been very helpful. She is highly experienced and also really understands the needs of the person and trains with care. I would highly recommend Rakhee to anyone looking for Yoga classes.

I did prenatal yoga from week 8 all the way till the 40th week with Rakhee and it was great. It kept me fit, sain and in a way prepared me for birth. I recommend anyone pregnant or looking for a good yet relaxed excersize to join her classes, it's a real community and you will meet some lovely people along with doing great excersize to nourish your body. Thank you Rakhee & team at body & mind yoga center!

Absolutely love my morning classes. As a beginner, they make sure I am comfortable with each pose, but also challenge me to gain results. Super convenient parking with Ibn mall next door, very caring environment.

I took prenatal yoga classes in Body & mind yoga center with Rakhee. She is really professional, knowledgeable and caring.I had a choice to attend classes in the studio or online which was very convenient considering pregnancy possible limitations but even in online classes she was very observant of the way I did the exercises and would correct me on the spot if needed. Strongly suggest these classes with Rakhee to stay healthy and active throughout pregnancy and have a smooth delivery.

My pregnancy journey couldn’t have been this smooth if it wasn’t for Body & Mind Yoga Center. It was already recommended by my doctor and many people to take classes with Rakhee at her studio. I am glad I went for it. I had a smooth delivery and fast recovery due to the yoga. Thank you! Yoga se hoga! Prenatal Yoga is a bliss. Words are not enough to express my gratitude and an amazing experience with Rakhee for prenatal yoga. I was going for prenatal yoga from 4th month onwards for my both the kids. The best part is if you can’t attend classes physically in studio, you can join online classes too. Rakhee is a gem of a person who guides you throughout your journey and make it a better experience with prenatal exercises like breathing, stretching and a proper guidance. She is an expert and i had 2 normal deliveries. Thanks a ton to Rakhee. I strongly recommend all preggies to join Body and Mind Yoga centre for prenatal yoga which will help you to stay active, energetic, positive and relaxed.

I highly recommend body and mind yoga center to anyone looking to attend yoga classes, including prenatal yoga , Pilates and Zumba.
My experience with body and mind yoga center has been awesome hence I decided to continue with them for the prenatal classes (pregnancy yoga) as well.
All the instructors are very skilled in all types of yoga and will surely help you achieve your goal.
