Extremely rude staff at this branch, arguing constantly, I'm a regular buyer of center point and spend quite a ton of money here, these guys at the service would rather save their a*$es for a mistake they made than to lose a customer. I cannot explain the treatment the girl at the makeup counter and their store manager gave me by harassing me in my last visit! I won't come back to this branch again.

One of the poor online service ,item are displayed Bt out of stock when u placed the order , next day price are increases and when u order again item are not available ,call centre and messenger chat just giving lots of excuses and sorry which doesn’t even make any sense ,why do u even display item in website if the item is not available,and u guys keep canceling customer order ,better to closed website.

Landmark Group’s Centrepoint has launched its first Store of the Future at Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, bringing together both the online and offline worlds.

Spanning across 42,384 sq ft, the launch of the new store marks a "significant step" forward in the company’s customer-centric omnichannel strategy, a statement said.

It said the store has open and clear walkways with digital interfaces and LED screens and has been designed keeping customer convenience at heart.

New features at the store also include mobile cashiers to enable faster and easier checkouts and an exclusive mother and baby room.

The brand has also introduced dedicated personal stylists on-call in the store to assist shoppers and a coffee station.

Centrepoint doesn't require any description. Multiple brands under one roof. Splash/Babyshop/Lifestyle/Shoemart. Look for seasonal/festive sales or promotions for best value, else, bit expensive. For shoppers who are yet to visit Centrepoint-IBN, park your car near Decathlon/Homebox Egyptian court) for easy access. Otherwise you may end up walking too much.
