Terrible customer service! The rep on the phone, named Santiago, was extremely rude to me. He refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and he hung up the phone abruptly. My wife and I accidentally booked the same flight twice through their website, because it appeared the first booking was not successful. We contacted the airline, who told us that they can cancel one of the bookings without penalty since it was double booked. We spoke again with the agency and explained the same to them, but they said they would still charge an agency penalty plus the airline's cancellation charge. We will never use this agency again and we strongly advise all potential customers to stay far away from this company.

In case you will need to get your refund make sure that you will get an answer of "as soon as possible" here i am waiting for tree weeks now

Stay away from booking thru them. If you book, then you can never have the time to change the ticket, you can't reach them by phone or email. I have refund with them since 3 years and they didn't refund me back yet.

طيران رخيص ولاكن عند اي مشكلة مثل مشكلتي بعد الغاء الحجز بسبب كرونا الى الان لم استرد قيمة التذكرة ولا يستجيب احد منهم على البريد ولا يوجد لهم مكاتب في الخليج فلن احجز معهم مرة اخرى

Had a wander round the ruins. Interesting how there is the old church ruins and the newer church both on the same grounds! Free to enter and wander round.

What history this little Village has, this ruin of the Old Church is fascinating to say the least.
The old cobbled Street leading through the village with old small cottages either side of the road.
The little cafe there is pretty decent, a bit pricy but it's worth it.
There is so much history around this area you can spend most of the day absorbing it all.
There are plenty of walks around the area and if you do a loop back to Heptonstall, you have to have a visit to the local pub and have a decent pint and take in the history of the coin snippers.

Great piece of history. Ruins are really very well preserved and the whole place is so atmospheric. Would definitely recommend a visit.

It is fascinating place to visit, it is open 24 hours, it is in the top of the mountain, you get the felling that you are in the past, highly recommend.

Beautiful place, the church ruins are well preseved and a few places to get something to eat. Like stepping back in time.
