The most advanced cheating real estate people I ever met. They deducted dewa from my deposit saying there is a cap which I wasn’t informed in advance. The fridge wasn’t working so I had to buy new fridge in a furnished apartment, think !
It is better not to go with them because they will trick you with lies and then steal your money.

Guys don't take rooms from these people. Every month first day internet won't be there as they are not paying the bill on time. Also they will not refund you security deposit on time. They paid me AED 380 after deducting AED 620 without any major issues. After following up for 3 weeks I got this money

I have a terrible experience with one staff, Mr.Rhn; he simply collects his commission and telling excuses and lies.
He is not ready to answer phone calls, from the agreement date to till today(7 days) he hasn't fixed the internet to my apartment, maintenance not yet finished, useless/damaged amenities provided, even not proper cleaning.

He collects advance cash from me and behaving like this..!!??

Had rented a house in silicon Oasis.
Mohd Raza was the coordinator
1000 security deposit he mentioned was increased to 1500.
He didn't give the access card even after 5 days
TV is not working
Gas is not working
Horrible experience

I am staying in Discovery Gardens in one of their apartments and their maintenance is pathetic. The sales person showed me a different apartment and gave me different one. After moving in there were lot of issues everywhere. There are cockroaches coming out from everywhere. Bed bugs inside the cot. I had to spend to take care of this. Water heater is not working and it’s been more than a month. There is a leak inside the bathroom. Internet is not working since last few days. Experience with this agency has been really pathetic.

They are very professional. And they maintain apartment clean. Any issues we face, they will resolve as soon as possible.

I stayed 6 months it is very nice experience.

The most horrible experience, nothing is clean. This place is full of cockroaches on the bed, dropping from AC vents I was really wondering if this was Dubai or some garbage dump. I strongly do not recommend anyone to live at these locations, I have seen all they properties. It's just a waste of time and money you ll get better places to live in the area Mankool and you ll save time and money.
