I can only praise the people at Auto Services Perth Limited for the service they provided. I had travelled from the west coast to have repairs done to my VW transporter. When they discovered that parts were needed that they did not stock, they sent someone to Glasgow to get them that day, so that I could get home that night rather than staying overnight in Perth. This was above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. Thank you so much. I will be glad to use you again.

These guys are amazing! Debbie on reception is the epitome of customer service and the mechanics clearly work quickly and with care. Our Iveco camper needed a new starter motor its an old model but they found one and fit it in record time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you so much for getting back on the road so quickly!

How would I describe Auto Services Perth….? Outstanding, First Class , Gold Star, Professional, most helpful, Genuine, supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, Specialist, approachable, The best bar none! (And this list is not exhaustive!)
Last week I experienced a very stressful time with a fault with my van that I rely on for my work as it’s my livelihood . I went in to Auto Services Perth and aside from me dropping my van problem at their door, and the fact they were super busy they were very sympathetic to my situation and still gave their time by provided me with help, support and advice on what the problem might be and options on how to resolve the issue in the first instance to see if it would rectify itself on its own. This was only because they were very busy and the van couldn’t be taken into the workshop that day. Following their advice the problem did temporarily resolve, however a few days later it reoccurred and so I went back in to see if they could help. The response I received was like nothing else before. I was overwhelmed by their helpfulness and kindness. The lady on reception (annoyingly I didn’t catch her name ) was extremely understanding and so lovely and helpful to me. In seeing my distress she spoke with Brian and returned to tell me they would book the van in and look it later that evening. At 1.30pm I received a call from Brian whose words were like music to my ears, and brought me to tears (of joy and relief!) “Good news, it’s fixed!”…. I picked my van up at 2pm and left Auto Services with the biggest smile on my face, and with the utmost respect and gratefulness to the whole team. They really have no idea just how much of a weight they lifted off my shoulders and I am forever thankful to them all for everything they did for me. This isn’t just a garage that services vans, this is a team of expert individuals with a compassion and understanding from a human perspective, where people are helping other people when life throws a spanner in the works! Auto Services Perth go above and beyond….FACT! and because of that, they are stuck with me! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

They wrecked my handbrake. They were sub contracted to recover my car following puncture on narrow road. They attended speedily and the driver was helpful. On return, my car needed a new caliper on the handbrake, it had recently been serviced so there wasn't a problem prior to their intervention. I know at least 3 others whose car handbrakes were compromised due to them. Totally unnecessary. ????

Went in here this week for the first time, explained my situation to the two lovely ladies on reception, who went to Brian (workshop manager) who to be honest couldn’t have been anymore helpful, pick-up truck taken in right away and a courtesy vehicle given, and my pick up truck was repaired and ready for collection by 8am next morning!
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, fantastic people and fantastic service, I will be back again as a customer for servicing, highly recommended ????
