Yesterday I bought a cigarretes case, and after only 1 day of use it looks totally worn out, I dont know if it is because of the very low quality or maybe a manufacturing issue. I came back to the shop to kindly let them know, and surprisingly the seller was very disrespectfull. First he said that the case he sold me was blue and not black, so basically he said I was trying yo cheat them by bringing and old case!! REALLY??? After 3 years buying there, I could not bealive it. They didnt even apologize, instead of that this seller had a totally unaceptable behaviour, so after 10 minutes arguing I decided to leave, feeling so bad because how I was treated. I wont come back.

A refund would have sufficed and keep me as a customer. I won't shop here again.

I went there to get a whole lot of shisha with flavours and coal. I chose a medium sized shisha which had a price tag of 275, very easily he got convinced to give it to me for 240. He asked me for a color, I said blue, the same which was in display.
They did not give me discount on anything else.
When I came back home, I opened the shisha and it was PINK coloured. I called the shop and they said that the salesman did tell you it’s pink and you OKAY-ed him. I said that I completely untrue. After a couple of minutes he said okay I’ll send you the blue one but you’ll have to pay delivery charges. I told him, dude this is not my fault, and I’m only calling you because I live nearby. I should’ve checked it there but, you should have given me the correct shisha at first place. He agreed to deliver the blue one without additional cost. The delivery guy was here within 15 minutes. All sorted.
No complaints about the shisha so far. The smoke was smooth and dense. Will update this if I face any issue/s.
Overall, 3 because of the good quality of shisha. But 2 negative stars because I strongly believe they tried to sell me a pink shisha which I think nobody would like to buy. Also, for arguing and trying to put the mistake in me while on call. It was very annoying.
