Ordered the Limo pizza and got the Kitkat Desert. Rest was average but the Kitkat Desert was absolutely horrendous and reflected upon poor staff skills. It was basically RAW from underneath and they drizzled BBQ SAUCE INSTEAD OF CHOCOLATE SAUCE. Absolutely and utterly ridiculous... We complained and returned the UNCOOKED DESERT and they came up with the same UNDER-DONE & BBQ SAUCE DESERT, absurd excuses and 0 KNOWLEDGE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Ordered from Talabat, 2.5 hours of waiting and counting… and when i called the branch, they have given alibis and excuses which is all non sense not even apologetic. The branch is literally 5 mins from my home! Horrible experience. They dont even deserve 1 star!

Its now 3 hours! Still no pizza. The manager who called me from his mobile is cancelling my calls and the rider didnt know my apartment number. Worst ever.

Totally useless human interaction and customer service. From Manager (he claimed he is but isn’t) Bashir to woeful delivery experience and on repeated occasions. As for toll free number same if not worse.

A&E rammed. No beds. Staffed trying their best but exhausted . Not enough staff for the amount of patients. Ambulances queuing at the door. Staff try their best. Government has destroyed what's left of our beloved Nhs

I have been passed from doctor to consultant for unknown condition for nearly 2 years. Finally I was referred to the rehabilitation clinic! What can I say. Dr Kim was so patient, thorough and kind. She explained everything to me so that I could understand it. Even symptoms I dismissed as normal she went through with me. I know exactly what is wrong with me now and whilst I wait to see the therapist I’ve already started trying to help myself and I think it’s working. Thank you so much for being such an amazing doctor!

Not deaf awareness, huge problems getting a sign language interpreter and they keep phoning deaf patients despite them telling different departments they can't hear on the phone. Also my last experiences of them were very negative. Some staff did try their best but overall, appalling. Was told I would get physiotherapy and occupational therapy after discharge at home but 3 weeks on, nothing has happened. PALS are excellent though

My husband had a CT scan appointment but we were 45mins late. The gentleman conducting the scan was very understanding and patience and kind. He was running late finishing for the day but waited for us to turn up. I want to express my gratitude and thanks for allowing my husband to have his scan which was urgent. It's medical staff such us him that keep us believing that their are descent people out
there out still. Thank you so much.

My daughter to was told to go in by 111 due to being in agony and not eating and drink which has got worse over the last 2 weeks all they have done is check urine and then sent her to assesment ward for bloods and said you can go home with anti sickness and pain killers and to drink plenty of water which she can't do CQC will be hearing from me as they have failed on care effective and responsive. Yes as I dental practice manager I know what is expected to leave a single parent like this who has nearly fainted and passed out due to the pain and dehydration If I find out this is experience by simple tests like a urgent ultrasound not the one she has waited weeks for I will be speaking to

Average wait to be seen by anyone at this hospital is about half a day, not even an exaggeration. Every single time I've been here I've waited minimum 6 hours and max of 14 hours.
The only department that is anyone good is the pediatrics department.
Basildon is a lot better despite what the staff in southend hospital say

I have five stars for NHS 111, Paramedics, Ambulance and A&E staff. then onto the acute medical unit who I would give six stars if I could. The fifth floor where the Head officer has an office is not a place to care for patients. I had such a noisy night not from patients but staff. With no sleep or service. Please do no stay in this floor for your own good.
Unless you like pissing yourself.....

Less than two stars to The fifth floor no not even one.

I've heard bad things about this place, however I have usually always found the staff all very friendly. I recently went for my mental health, and was treated with care and respect from the minute I walked through the door.
