the guy at the counter pestered me yesterday evening at 8.00 PM to download club apparel app and update the profile, which asked about nationality, gender, age, email, phone etc.,

My question is, why SHOULD WE GIVE AWAY SO MUCH OF PERSONAL INFORMATION for redeeming some points on Club Apparel.

Very unprofessional store. I think they are in the business of selling data more than clothes.

The billing guy did not bill until club apparel profile is completed.

My negative experience at Brand Bazar in Ibn Battuta Mall. Yesterday, when I visited, I encountered a rude cashier named Talha. Initially, he ignored us and attended to another customer despite me being there first. Additionally, when I requested him to hide the price on a tag, he tore it, and when I expressed my concern about the product being spoiled, he abruptly left the counter. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide better customer service.

Unfortunately discount tags are not real, I tried to buy a product with 50 AED discount price tag, but the true is double the price once you want to pay, you need to have sure you have real discount ont fake one. Thank you

The shop has Footwear, Apparel, Accessories, toys, luggage, International perfumes etc..
Best promotion in the town on outlet prices.

We bought Toy Block Tape, however, it is not usable, the tape is not sticky at all, it seems that these items were stored in heat and became not good for use so they decided to put them on sale, and once you buy it, it will be difficult to drive 45 minutes to refund or replace them !!!! No phone number to contact,
