I had a mixed experience. While the staff support was commendable, the overall taste of the food and beverages was underwhelming, and I found the offerings to be overpriced. Unfortunately, even the cupcake I purchased for my daughter was met with disappointment. Moreover, the limited sitting area added to the overall inconvenience during peak hours. Although the staff was helpful, the lackluster flavors and high prices make it difficult for me to recommend Dunkin' Donuts for a satisfying experience.

Visited this branch during recently during our visit to DCC. We ordered for a frappe and surprisingly we got some BOGO slips which is valid for the next 3 months. The staff were very friendly and our order was prepared very quickly.

I ordered the frosty cola, the picture on the poster was a brown cola like slushy, kindly look at what i got, It was not a slushy like texture at all, it was more ofa yogurt liquid, it did not really taste like cola and seemed like it had milk mixed in it. I am highly dissapointed and will not recommend.

I ordered take out 20pcs munchkins from a filipina cashier, flavor is 10pcs choco butternut and 10pcs strawberry, she dont know who will make my order, she told three times to different people. Then when I got the order I was given the wrong one. no choco butternut provided. So disappointing.

I had an incredible experience with Charlotte from DCC 1 branch. She was so patient and so nice with my clumsy hungry self. She was constantly smiling and so helpful. I had the best experience ever, she deserves all the best in this world!!

In their menu they offer fresh juice mango. Which absolutely not fresh and not mango. It is a sugar base syrup with a very bad taste.
Their donuts also not good as it's look like.
