A quick tour of the facility's inside. They have mostly everything needed for a home decor or making a new home. Decors, furniture's, kitchenware, and many more.

They have TABBY payment options, which you can split your payment into 4 months, which is helpful for a large purchase ????

My experience is we purchased a queen size bed, all was smooth, they've been so friendly and assisted nicely. Upon the delivery date, they have changed it, and that wasn't we registering upon checking out. Was quite disappointed ???? cause we have been waiting for it for around 4 days, and it was moved to 7 days.

Well, services are good just double check the details upon checking out.

We want to buy the last piece from their shop, however they don’t want to give warranty and yet they give us inconvenient options on how to get this item. I had to share this cause i believe on customer satisfaction and to meet their needs that is why they buy in your shop.
Poor service from both staff and manager, We will never buy again from this shop in DCC. ????

Positive: Customer service staff are amazing very helpful and well informed.
Negative: Cashiers are just horrible with attitude not interest to explain to you discount products. Further more, if you are a tourist, don't shop here they will not give you a tax free sticker, they claim their system is not working. Spent 2 hours trying to sort this out with no help!!! Better shop at IKEA or PAN EMIRATES you don't have to beg for the sticker!!

Extremely poor Customer Service. Paid almost two weeks ago. Scheduled for delivery today 2 pm to 6 pm. Trying to contact the driver from 3.30 pm. Contact Centre made me wait for 5 minutes, with no one coming online- So hung up.The outlet manager not answering the call.Driver when he answered replied arrogantly saying "I have many Customers. I already informed my Company". I asked him again "Will you deliver today?". His nonchalant reply "I will try. I already informed my Company"

When in store, a lady Staff of Home Centre also picked up a fight with the Staff who was attending to me... Asking him to finish quickly with me.

I had a great experience with the Home center Deira city centre today. Affordable prices with quality items. Friendly and helpful staff. This is the best place to buy who wanna set up the new house ???? for all classes. Specially I really appreciate with short lady who professionally guided me to choose the best items. I buy two Duvet covers, two Bed sheet's and two pillow covers. Thanks all really appreciated.

The sales staff are liars.. I went to the store and ask several times for next day delivery. They assured me that if I order online, it will be next day delivery. Today the customer service tells me that there Will be no delivery due to public holiday. They should have clarified that while making the sale. Especially when I asked that question several times., if they would have clarified that there will be no delivery, I could have placed the order from another store which won’t be lying to me to make a sale!!!!

Great store with good variety of household items. Ample staff available to assit and guide. Mr Veera was an amazing person who assisted with a recliner purchase and assisted with pick up from another store to avoid delivery charges and priority delivery

Just brought a new sofa and this is how the delivered it .... DAMAGED .. even before they offloaded it , I rejected it yet the delivery team said to keep it and theyll replace it the next day , that didn't happen , one week later and more than 10 calls to the call center and they informed me that they wont replace it but they can repair with no option to refund , NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH BAD SERVICE EVER THIS IS THEFT
