Ms Dewi is accommodative with the sauna temperature, she remembers my sauna temperature preference after a few visits. Her service definitely exceeds personalized service expectation of Hilton group. I've only experienced this service level with very very expensive resort with personalised shopping/butler services add in. I'm a regular now for 2 months :)

Next I'll try the massage service!

Went for a couples massage with my boyfriend for valentines and it was just perfection! The treatment rooms are clean and tidy and the aroma and atmosphere was perfect! The massage was gorgeous and so relaxing. Had the best time. Would definitely go again!

I was pretty disappointed with the service overall (in March 2021):
- I booked through Groupon where they offered Hot Stone massage (that's the only reason I booked this spa instead of another one). When I called for my appointment, they informed me that they don't provide this service. Too late, I paid already!
- When I arrived, there was no one at reception, I had to go to the corridor to find someone in the office.
- They gave me a menu that wasn't updated with the services non-available: It still contained the hot stone massages and facials.
- I understand the need for protection but a massage with plastic gloves is not relaxing.

I had a lovely experience at the spa. My therapist was really friendly and professional. I had opted for the deep tissue massage and it was great. However there was a funny smell outside my room-sort of damp smell and the hot tub wasn't working which I was looking forward to. Other than that my experience was great and would recommend as the treatments are reasonably priced.

Massage was good, actually very good. I used Groupon and had a 90min massage. I came on time - actually 7min before time so I could get ready for the procedure. However, I was made to sit and wait for at least the whole 7min I came prior my appointment. After that I was shown the place where the treatment will happen and was left to change. Before even going to the treatment room I informed both the receptionist and the therapist that I need an extra pillow due to a spine injury. This pillow was delivered AFTER I was placed on the treatment table and again reminded the therapist that we cannot start without the pillow. All this has eaten me another 10min of my 90min. Then, about 15 to 20min before the end of the treatment the therapist excused herself and went out for at least 5min. A total of 70min, paid for 90min. My treatment was shortened because of the therapist and the whole service at the spa. I have another Groupon with them and I hope they take note of the mentioned or else that might be my last visit to their super difficult to find spa ( when coming from the street there is not an official main entrance of the hotel so you risk ending up in a neighbouring building, after that you switch elevators and then you have to leave the building....after that you walk about 2min till you reach the other building, part of the hotel, where the spa is..).

Sadly, this is the first time I've left a massage early. Would have left one star, but the facility was clean.
Purchased a 90min deal, barely made it to minute 60. Cold room and the music seemed to come from an episode of Outlander. Therapist periodically handled her mobile (which I initially noticed after her one-handed massage slowed to a distracted tickle for the third time). Overall, a very uncomfortable room to be in.
The massage itself was uneven in pressure, all over the place and half-hearted. I appreciate the therapist getting me in the room quickly after I arrived on time (typically you should arrive to a spa 10min before your appointment to settle in) and she did add a bit more pressure when prompted, however I cannot say the massage met any acceptable standards after that.
I prefer not to disclose the therapist's name publicly, but strongly urge management to re-train.

The massage was good, pool is okay but the guy in the reception is confusing! I don't know the rules and policy but this is the first time I've been in the spa that they will charge you for the valet parking ?! I've been to 5 stars Hotel and 4 as wel and this is the 1st time that they charge me for valet parking even I am their guest ! I don't know if the reception in the spa is just trying to make money out of us or its just a policy and its a bit annoying ???? makes me not want to come back again ????
