Our experience at this buffet breakfast was absolutely exceptional. The quality and variety of dishes, the warm and inviting atmosphere, and the attentive service combined to create an unforgettable culinary journey. Saturday Brunch Healthy, Tasty & Fun @Gastro Kitchen in Double Tree by Hilton JBR Dubai????????????????????
From 1 pm to 4 pm on Saturday Soft package AED 299 per person, great news they have summer offer of buy 1 get 1 started this weekend!
live entertainment by Ada a colombian singer and guitar player too she performes in both english and spanish, great vibes????
Since weather getting hot so we chosed to sitt indoor, with the brunch you get access to their infinity pool and beach, pool was closed for rennovation this weekend ????
Let's start brunching: We first had Blooming Thai Basil mocktail bartender prepared infront of us at the table was so good, I later tried the Sakura paradise is very regreshing too????
Menu handed to us, to chose 1 item for each from Rise N Shine basicly is a breakfast items we had the Herd cured Salmon and potato rosti this was yummy????
While waiting we've been served the Sharing is Caring which is a beautiful combination of starters a mezze plate of Pistachio hummus, squid ink hummus, labneh tzatziki & very yumy muhammara with pita bread, a basket of assorted bread, compressed watermelon salad, Buffalo mozarella, beef tataki carapacio, cheddar and potato croquettes and a very deliciuose braised lamb barbacoa tacos all was very delicious????
From the Center of Attention which is the main we had pan seared seabas and Slow braised Beef Cheek this was so good the meat cooked to perfection served on top of very soft rich in flavor mashed potatos yummmy????
Finally the dessert in the Pass me the Dessert Darling! we had the Espresso Martini Tiramisu and the White choclate Pana Cotta with raspberry sorbet and butter crumble and the Dark chocolate sea salt caramel tart with vanilla custard, well guess what I loved it all, the presentation and taste is perfect????????

It was such a beautiful day with a beautiful view of the Ain Dubai while having our sumptuous breakfast. My friend and I chose Gastro to have a chitchat and the view itself did not bore us. The food is exactly what I had longed for for a breakfast. The selection of bread is a whole bunch you can’t even taste it all. The selection of fresh juices with detox as well was refreshing. They have live cooking for eggs of your choice too.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful. This is what caught my attention. They go beyond their way in ioening the doors for you. They keep on checking us if we need anything more and offering us some tea or hot chocolate.

You can even get ahold of their falcon and have some photos with it for free.

My friend and I truly enjoyed our day with gastro’s exquisite hospitability.

Iftaar under the stars!

Came here to try their hummus bar and I am so happy with their "Truffle Hummus" (I just came to have their truffle hummus tho)

Food served were incredibly delicious! The lamb kofta and their shawarma ???? .. (chef's kiss) Selection of drinks were reasonable, traditional Iftaar meal.

PS: softdrinks/coffee/tea is not included with the package so be mindful when ordering so you'll not be disappointed when you will be charged but for sure they will inform you before they charge you.

Service wise, my sister and I were impressed! Thanks to Asile who look after our table together with Mary Juliet, Mahantesh and Kumud. To the chefs' Navin & Murhaf, thank you for the wonderful food! To their reception, Samreeta, Raghav & Harpreet thanks for squeezing us in even it's a last minute booking, we really appreciate it. Usha and Sameer thank you also!

The place is quiet and good for meetings and dine in. I ordered the salad with fetta, carrot hummus and greens. It was literally amazing that i had to stop after taking the first bite and click a picture. Staff is courteous also. I met Kumud who was kind enough to talk to me and give mei some insights about the place and salad.

I have visited them with my wife for breakfast .
I would say very basic breakfast with only one live cooking station for eggs . Croissant were so hard . Yes the coffee and eggs were good .

What a lovely place. Great ambiance and delicious food. We visited Gastro on two separate occasions - for dinner and lunch and both times we were impressed with the service, the food quality and of course the restaurant. Seating area outside is absolutely lovely and having the option to use the pool and beach afterwards is such a treat.

We also loved the food, the quality of ingredients as well as preparation and plating was very impressive. Needless to mention the portions were very generous.

Highly recommend!
