A hidden Chinese restaurant.
Everything our family of 4 ordered was delicious and fresh.

Duck, the Dim sum is so delicious.

You can valet at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah Hotel. I recommend you to visit once.

Amazing brunch! The best value in Dubai hands down! But even with their reduction in price for March the quality and service is exceptional! Gorgeous food and incredible service by the staff, especially Robbie! He is an absolute superstar and looked after us throughout the entire 6 hours (YES SIX HOURS!!) of brunch! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good value, great service, delicious food and stunning views!

Yingsu - a new unconventional Chinese restaurant in Double Tree Hilton - JBR. and overlooks the breathtaking view of Blue Water Island and Ain Dubai.

The restaurant lounge and club opened it's door to public just 3 weeks ago and has gained popularity due to the ambiance, fresh & healthy food, and hospitality.

You can either choose to sit indoor and dine amidst the beautiful far eastern ambiance, or pick a seat outdoors and enjoy the stunning view. The venue is ideal for a perfect date night, hosting parties or even chilling out with your friends and family. A private dining area is also available. Don't miss the ladies night held every Wednesday.

I was recently invited to try out their specially curated VIP menu which comprised of the following:

Starters:
Asian Crackers: These came with a sweet chili dip
Chili Chicken: Loved this item which was tossed in sichuan pepper, dry chili and cashew nuts
Vegetable Spring Roll: Who doesn't love spring rolls? With the perfect crispy crust and delicious filling
Dim Sum platter: We enjoyed both scallop and roast duck

Main and Sides:
Kung Pao Prawns: Perfectly cooked and tossed in red chili cashew nuts, kung pao sauce
Sweet and Sour Chicken: The crispy exterior and juicy chicken was served in a sweet and sour glaze
Stir Fried String Beans: Ya cai gave the beans a pungent, yet appealing flavor
Egg Fried Rice: The traditional dish, which went well with gravy items
Black Pepper Beef: Beef striploin tossed in veggies
Bok Choy: These crunchy and were prepared in garlic sauce
Chicken Chow Mein: Simple, yet delicious noodles with chicken and veggies

Dessert:
Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice Cream: The dessert was divine. Though we were stuffed, we couldn't resist finishing this dessert
Seasonal Fruit Platter: An array of freshly cut fruits is perfect in this warm weather

Cocktails:
The cocktail menu is limited, yet we enjoyed all the drinks served. Our favorite were 'Don't Speak Mandarin' and 'Japanese 75. 'Ginger Highball' and 'Lychee Cosmopolitan' were also good

In short, it's one of the restaurants that should be on your bucket list if you're fond of Chinese cuisine.

Yingsu - Chinese restaurant located in Hilton JBR, serves authentic fine dine Chinese food , with the groovy music and free flowing drinks. Breathtaking views of Ain Dubai, the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating areas and a bar. The place is very cozy, certainly a must try for Chinese food lovers. They even customize dishes on request. Overall a wonderful experience. Parking is available here.

We went there on a weekend, it was quite busy and the food service was very efficient. Each dish was well curated and well presented. For us, it was a recharge before the week pushes off. Don't miss the live violin performance there !

The perfect place if you want to experience a fine dining with beautiful views of Ain Dubai. Yingsu is an authentic Chinese Restaurant serving delectable and wonderfully presented dishes. They also have choices of well crafted cocktails or if you wish a mocktail.

We enjoyed an array of delicacies, each having a unique flavor of its own from starters to main course to desserts.

A place definitely for date nights or a small family gathering or just colleagues to enjoy a drink or two. Yes they do have a DJ playing her favorites which you can groove on while enjoying your meal.

Great restaurant ambience and good location. This place is good for fine dining and posh interiors. They had a violinst playing while dining which is a great experience too. The food was fine but loved the overall ambience more. Take your loved ones for a treat or a romantic dinner enjoying a great view of Ain Dubai as well.
The staff was also poliet and friendly. There was valley parking available.

The most unique Chinese restaurant in Dubai! Yingsu nails the flavours with a truly lovely ambiance and good music! We tried the Chilli Chicken in Sichuan Pepper, Asian Crackers and Sweet Corn & Chicken Soup for starters - all distinct! For mains, the glaze on the Sweet & Sour Chicken was just perfect, the Kung Pao prawns were cooked beautifully, the Chicken Chowmein had an amazing balance to it and all this while enjoying breathtaking views of Ain Dubai! ????

The Chocolate Fondant dessert was delicious and went really well with their seasonal fruit platter too.

Definitely a must visit restaurant for a good and satisfying meal! ????????

Its a new Chinese restaurant in Dubai that everyone needs to try. Its an authentic Chinese restaurant from Sichuan. They food quality, quantity and taste is so good I was impressed. The burst of different flavours in my mouth amazing. My favourite from the starters is the chilly chicken and Kung pao prawns. The ambiance is next level striking with a live DJ and hip songs don't expect something calm. Its a happening restaurant with good food.
