Whenever I buy from this place they mess up my order and treat me as if I’m invisible. They made the worst box master sandwich I have ever had from any of there KFC outlets.. horrible

Very slow and people who works there the ladies are not in the mood to take the orders I don’t know why they are hiring them.
And they forget the order only when you give them the receipt they will remember.

My girlfriend and i had a dinner last few weeks. We wanted to brought this Ladies over the counter esp. The Cashier and pregnant women. They're ver y rude to customers No Greetings at all and they seem annoyed to what they're doing. Hope this review get attention to management.

Ordered dynamite burger meal .. the presentation of the actual meal doesn't match advertisement. It is less apatite.. fries so much less and burger is actually smaller

KFC UPTOWN MIRDIF! EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ORDERED THRU ZOMATO FOR MY KIDS N WROTE SPECIAL REQUEST. THEN IMMEDIATELY CALLED KFC CALL CENTER N I FORMED THEM TO INFORM RESTAURANT TO SEND MY ORDER as per details i have mentioned. Then repeated about specific chicken pcs but despite all the trouble, the order reaches very untidy and wrong too!!!
I called again n complained to call center anf they were unable to reach the restaurant as no one answering calls!! HORRIBLE SERVICE... my daughter slept crying and not eating. N the order is wasted. What a sham. Instead 3 thighs, recieved uncooked 2 breast pcs n one wings

The meal is not fresh cold the stuff are very lazy give 2 only ketchup for family meal
