All i can say is thank you to ( Firatcan Yilmaz ) for trying his best to let us stay after that horrible attitude from the waitress who told us to move from the table we were sitting at cause there was “ people “ waiting for it , we came first we got seated first then she came and still told us to move and leave the place. She was black and she had puffy hair and i think shes Indian or from Nepal again thank you Firatcan yilmaz.

Afternoon tea is a rip off. The pastries in this photos are for 2 people worth 600aed. Double that if any other hotel in dubai. Service is very slow when theyre busy

Good place for photos we ordered cold Spanish, hot, affogato and tiramisu. Everything was average and below for the cold coffe

I've been at Bvlgari many times already. It's a place I love going to with friends, especially those who visit Dubai. I must take them to Bvlgari to enjoy herbal tea, coffee and some dessert. It's a cozy place, and you feel elegant vibe all around with jewels display you cant get enough of love!

Lately I had a friend from Saudi who enjoyed coffee and dessert. She insisted that we dine-in again in one of Bvlgari resturant before she leaves, so definitely coming back !
