What an extraordinary experience. Food is absolutely amazing. Simple but creative, an interesting take on a timeless cuisine. Staff is marvelous, we were served personally by the head chef, what a treat that was. My only disappointment was trying their 'bubbly sake' where someone tried to make something like prosecco from a sake base and only succeeded in demonstrating that while you can probably carbonate any alcohol that doesn't mean you should lol. Incredible view.

The most incredible experience in terms of Japanese food in my life.
The place is beautiful and the service is really good.
Quality and flavor of the food was fantastic. Everything is fresh.
Is a small restaurant with a intimate atmosphere, so we had a really great time.

Best Omakase in Dubai: yes. Very beautiful design. The experience was tailored well with interesting flavor combinations. The food was fresh & beautifully prepared. Located in the Bvlgari Hotel. Make sure to make a reservation in advance & go in with an empty stomach! You have an option between choosing two types of set menus.

This restaurant is the highlight of my trip to Dubai. I haven't run across anything close to this anywhere else. If you're after an very authentic Omakase experience, then Hoseki is the only place I can recommend in the Middle East. You step into Japan the minute you walk in and just sit back and enjoy some of the finest Japanese traditions that you'll come across short of going to Tokyo.

I chose Hoseki for a very special occasion - to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary.
I can't say it was a bad experience but it was certainly below my expectations.

Pros
Beautiful location
Very nice view
Very friendly and attentive waitresses
Food which was served was absolutely delicious
Great choice of sake and chapagne

Cons
Very scarse portions or rather very few pieces of sushi/sashimi during the meal.

I specifically informed the team before hand thay I couldn't eat garlic or onions, yet I was served a sushi full of garlic or onion.
Thanx to my husband promt reaction I avoided eating that piece and getting sick. The chef HAS not offered another piece as replacement or apologized for the mistake.

The chef wasn't really communicating nor explaining well what was being served. He was saying something but at such low tone that we couldn't hear or understand a thing.
The menu has no desert (unless u count a tiny piece of chocolate at the end).

Overall the experience was good but without the WOW factor and not amazing enough to go back.
I also booked my 50th bday dinner on May 26th but I guess we will cancel it and book something else.

Best restaurant in the Middle East. The chef is there every time and his food unbelievably delicious.
It’s a bit on the pricey side but just don’t go to Zuma, or Sushi Samba for a month and save the money for an unforgettable experience.
The premium Sake pairing is amazing with the food.

Great traditional sushi experience. Definitely the best that can be found in Dubai.
Only 4 parties per sitting with 2 sittings per night.
